Delay due to incomplete address on my part. Shipment spoiled due to no weekend deliveries under normal circumstances. However, customer service speedily answered my questions and took steps to remedy the situation. I could not have been more pleased despite the delay to the recipient.

I have sent condolence basket through spoonful of comfort several times and really like their unique and comforting products. This last time, however I had some problems in the ordering process. When I input the recipient’s address, the form kept changing it. I had to retype it three times. After the third time it seemed to finally accept the correct information and not change it. However, after completing the transaction and receiving my receipt, I noted that it had defaulted back to the incorrect information. I then had to try to contact company as quickly as possible to correct it. I received a notice that my order had already been sent before I ever received an acknowledgment that the corrected information had been received. Although it turned out that the gift basket was sent to the correct address, I was not aware of that for several hours, which caused me to worry that it would not go to the right place.

Always a well received gift. People love the entire box from soup to cookies. Its packaged in such a loving way that it makes the recipient very special.

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. This company is amazing and everyone that I know, that has received a box are thrilled. I sent a comfort box to a friend with condolences. The package didn't arrive, because I put the wrong zip code. These boxes are not cheap, and I couldn't afford to pay again. I contacted customer service and wanted to see if they would discount a replacement. They resent the box at No Charge! I only paid the shipping! I was thrilled. It was totally my fault, but the fixed it without hesitation! My friend called when it arrived and loved it. He opened the cookies right away and said they were delicious and he was having the soup that night.
I can't say enough about how wonderful they are as a company and how nice it is to find someone who cares!

Product is great!! Delivery was not! Product was on a truck at 6:39am with delivery window of 10:10am to 2:10pm. Then changed to “by end of working day” with no time. Product was finally delivered at 10:45pm and left out by the garage and in the driveway and not at front door. Recipient found it around 1:30am.

While the ordering, tracking, and delivery processes are always flawless, I base my overall experience on the recipients' views. And 100% of the time, everyone I've sent a care package to has not only been wowed by the contents but has also raved about the quality and taste of the soups, bread and cookies.
