Custom, Quality and Expedited - Well Done!
Fantastic experience - great quality and super fast production/shipping. We needed a last minute custom stein to celebrate a work anniversary. From initial inquiry call, to email communications confirming design, to fast shipping and end product - just a top notch experience. The stein quality and customization were both better than expected and it arrived ahead of expectation. Well done GermanSteins!

Poor Quality
I ordered this glass Stein with the silver metal on top and I had it engraved for my brother. The engraving really wasn't that great and I was super disappointed in the condition of the top of it. Unfortunately I received it one day before his birthday. I gave it to him but I was almost embarrassed to. I would like somebody to contact me to discuss this. Jessica Osborne 513–288–7327

Beautiful Stein
Quick Delivery and great packing. The only thing I have to report is that I didn't see any washing instructions for the stein.

Shipping and quality.
Shipping was prompt. It shipped the next day, and I received my stein within four days even though I selected the standard shipping. The price was fair for the craftsmanship of the stein that I purchased. It was a hand painted limited edition Hofbrau stein that was made in Germany with a solid pewter lid. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
