All though the wine is not for me
All though the wine is not for me, but is for my daughter -in-law I enjoy watching her un-crate the wine. You keep me informed about the wine as it makes way to my house, for which I say thank you. Keep up the great work.

Some we have not tried yet, but those we have were exceptionally delightful. Best wine club we have ever experienced.

I got a case with a broken bottle
I got a case with a broken bottle. I notified WSJ and they gave me a credit for $6.83. I would love to purchase a case of that wine for $6.83 a bottle, I paid much more than that.

After 4+ years I have only been disappointed one time with one bottle. Service has always been great and the staff have always been helpful when I travel for an extended time. One area for improvement would be a longer lead time notice for an upcoming delivery. Telling me one or two days ahead of time is not much notice and a real headache when traveling
