The process was quick, simple and easy.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I am hoping it reduces my monthly payments as much as I think it will. The one complaint about is that not all my unsecured debt showed on the list of payoff options, so instead of paying it off I still have 3 payments a months instead of one.
Maybe have someone call you have one last review before payment / payoffs are processed.

Integrity
It took more than five days for you to pay off my credit cards. In the mean time a payment ran and you ended up over paying them. But this is not the concern as it is a smaller matter considering why it happened. I feel that if you take on the responsibility to pay someone else's debt then it should happen as fast as you approved their application and sent them the money.
I get that if you hold on to, as in my example, about $7000 you are making interest on the money that you have loaned me. However, I am paying interest on that money that you are holding onto in addition to paying interest on the remaining unpaid debt.
This is the first time that this method was made so obvious. Just doesn't sit well with me.

Fast and easy
Other than initially having issues uploading my documents (probably because my Internet sucks), this was the easiest and fastest process I've dealt with. Super easy and fast funding. This is my go to in the future! Thanks

I applied for a debt consolidation…
I applied for a debt consolidation loan. I was given a great rate to make getting the loan very worthwhile. Process went very smoothly and I was well informed throughout. Once approved, it did not yake long for the funds to go to my credit card companies.
