It took us from October 21 through the 28th to complete. It was hard to upload the driver license and bank statements for whatever reasons I’m not sure but once I called in and received help. Then everything moved very fast. The representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helping me upload the documents. She apologize for the inconvenience that I was receiving. That change my whole experience to excellent customer service.

Friendly and Professional
Everything that was needed was concise and to the point. The people that I had to talk to regarding my loan were very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Pretty Sooth Transaction
Everything flowed pretty smooth for me. I was expecting a deposit into my bank account but they actually sent payments to my individual creditors. So I do not know how long it took for them to send the payments in on my behalf. This was not made clear up front.
I had made a payment to an account that was reflected in between the time that I had applied for the loan and the time that this payment was made. Now I have over a $250.00 credit with a credit card company that I seldom use. I intended for this to go on a card that a partial payment went to. I would have much rather had this put into my bank so I could have applied it appropriately.
