I’m so happy with my decision to go through Splash Financial, they gave me the money I needed to consolidate my debt and at a great interest rate compared to other lenders. I couldn’t be happier because I have had some pretty bad customer service experiences elsewhere. I would highly recommend them and hope to continue doing business with them in the future!! No Self-Management of Autopay
I declined autopay because the account I was depositing funds to was not the account I was going to be paying from. They automatically enrolled me anyways and there’s no way to manage your autopay online. You have to email support and then get connected with an online rep who asks you a million questions and wastes your time. It’s a deceptive practice and deeply aggravating that I can’t manage my payments without being harassed by their employees. I’m sure they hope the inconvenience of it all will just let them get away with it. Scammy ass company.

Had problems using my Phone
Had problems using my Phone, mainly drivers license part, I had to use a laptop. Very inconvenient.
