Great product. Exactly what I wanted, perfect size + nice quality. Free shipping and only took a few days to arrive. Highly recommend.

This is my first time ordering a Splashe Brand item. I have been closely tracking my order and have yet to receive it. First it keeps changing and delaying the time of arrival then it changes the date and has me check back for an update the following day. I an very disappointed with the amount of time it has taken to receive my order as it was meant for a gift for my granddaughter. This has not been a pleasant experience for a first time customer.

It delivered at the recommended time. When I opened the box, it was filled with oil. I didn’t get it, but the bottle was still full.

Great packaging....super cute! I bought these for my 3 yr old nephew and haven’t seen them used yet but I’m super excited to hear his feedback!

Ordered the bath bombs on Feb. 1. They got to the delivery point for label issue on Feb 4 and have been there for eight days. I wrote the company help line to ask why it package hadn’t moved and they simply repeated the “your package is on the way” email. Had hoped to receive for Valentine’s Day and that isn’t to be so I can’t comment on the product only the service.

I ordered a Hello Cup from them which is a menstrual cup. These come in a white bag. However, mine came with a slight stain and the rubber from the cup did not look new leading me to believe that it is not a new cup. This is disgraceful as menstrual cups need to be hygienic for many reasons! I tried solving the issue by sending them a message on their live chat as I always try avoiding writing bad reviews. A representative entered the chat room and then promptly left without acknowledging the issue or messages. I also tried calling their customer service line and no one answered. Overall, a bad experience and a waste of money. I will not be using a dirty menstrual cup.

Got the item for my mom. She has chiari one and had her brain surgery last year. So far, she really likes the ice pack headband and it came in such a timely manner!

Been about two weeks and have not received item. Did get a email today and said it would be another 5 days.🙁
