splashe is intent on generating more plastic pollution
i noted in the order that plastic packaging materials were NOT to be stuffed into the shipment. Instruction was totally ignored. There was nothing fragile in the shipment, but they insisted on stuffing unnecessary plastic anyway.

Frake products
The products that I received are not the real products from Jane carter. Their looks like water has been added because the spray is clear and it should not be clear. It also has a different smell. I spent over $60. I am very upset and feel like I’ve been robbed.

I was going to give Splashe a 1 star…
I was going to give Splashe a 1 star review because I was very unhappy about the way a shipment was handled. It took over a week to actually ship and then when it arrived my order was incomplete. The bulk of my order (85 dollars worth) was missing. I was also charged for everything and had even received notifications that everything in my order was being sent. I felt that the company should have told me right from the beginning that the items were no longer available, and communicated in the shipment info that only 1/2 of the order was actually coming.
I did receive great customer service though when I reached out to the company through email. They refunded me for the missing products quickly and apologized for the issue. I am giving them 3 stars for customer service recovery.
