After receiving the second unsolicited promotional email from another gaming this evening I went into chat on spicyjackpots to request them to stop contacting me as a former addict in recovery I was given what can only be described as diabolical unprofessional treatment from help staff Miguel and Nadia, who after 3 hours it turns out admitted to lying to me after claiming she had raised a complaint for me! When asked for a complaint reference number admitted she had lied to me! Didn’t apologise and cut me off! But I have the chat logs as proof and will be raising firstly a complaint to the ICO and the gaming commissioner! I’m sick to death of being sent texts and emails for gaming sites and asking them repeatedly to stop! I even have a new name and email address and have never signed up with these sites I’m also signed up with gam stop and they still harass me! Let’s see what the ICO and the gaming commissioner have to say when I pass this onto them!

Won a nice sum of money. 600 Euro's. But never got paid out. Said it takes 7-21 days. But after 28 days no withdrawal yet, and they just ignore or give excuses.

Please don't use this site! I won £300 and it took over 3 weeks to get paid out. They look for any excuse not to pay you out and I think they only paid me was because I threatened them with the fraud office. Sites like this need to be banned. Withdrawn £100 over a week ago everytime you use the online chat it automatically says seems as though you require no further assistance we will close that chat. Well err I hadn’t finished talking. Apparently the 7-21 days isn’t from the date you withdrew it’s from the day they process it which is never. Chatting complete rubbish about having to check for cheating players ect. Stay away I’m not desperate for this money to go in but I won it fairly just as fairly as they took my deposit. Reported to the relevant people to get them shut down

Please please do not use this site, I deposited £40 and won £221 & £187 thought great, immediately went to withdraw this because was a decent sum. You then get an email saying wire transfer will take 21 days THIS NEVER HAPPENS no uk license so means quite possibly they don’t need to / have to payout to uk. Players don’t waste your money. I got attracted by a never ending stream of emails and texts.

My fault for depositing.

Asked them to stop messaging and emailing me, and they have flat out refused.

My most recent chat they claimed they don’t even have my email address which is clearly a lie.

Steer clear of these scumbags at all costs.

As an addicted gambler I unfortunately had a relapse which was triggered by a bombardment of emails and texts. I did however hope that my gambling bank block would work however this casino, touted proudly as not being on gamstop, has managed to do a deliberate workaround of this, to indeed target people like myself.

After losing a shed load, I was enticed back when a ‘VIP manager’ called Vince emailed me and gave me a ‘free’ £50. Of course, this worked well for him as I then deposited more money I couldn’t afford. I sent an email to him telling him just that!

At this point I then submitted an online form to them to inform them that I wished to be permanently excluded. However, I then received a further ‘free’ £80 and sadly my account wasn’t closed. I then got paid my benefit money from the government (paid as I am not mentally fit to work) and blew it all.

I then contacted Vince and explained this to him and said that the money I deposited before I sent this was on me. However I asked for a refund of the subsequent money as I thought this fair, since at the point I explained I had a problem my account should have been closed.

Sadly Vince then ignored me. The site purports be licensed by Curacao but in fact, it’s not licensed by anyone, it’s simply a lie. When looking at the various places my deposits went it seems they’re channeled to fake companies, often in China. This would suggest they are involved in money laundering. What’s even worse is that they also add an approximate 10% transaction fee on top of your deposits.

Even at the time of writing this I am getting email inducements from them telling me I can deposit and get bonuses on top.

If you’re an addicted gambler or indeed a ‘normal’ gambler then please avoid this site and look into their origins as they clearly have several different platforms also.

I don’t how Vince can sleep at night knowing what happened to me and my benefit money. My Christmas has been ruined and I take part of the responsibility for this. Vince however, felt it ok to just ignore me and hope I went away.

The only tool available to me is to write this review and hope word gets around about Vince and Spicy Jackpots.

This is a scam casino, STAY AWAY. They put an extra 10% charge on top of your deposit. Then when you try and withdraw anything they just go silent on you.

They’re not even licenced by anyone.

Also, when I asked to self exclude they let me deposit loads more after and sent me a bunch of texts and emails to keep me playing.

Even the email address they have with trust pilot doesn’t work!

Do not use this casino. They have your deposits on pending with no time or date to clear. They have also taken money out of my account without permission, support is useless and after days of trying im going to takevit as a lesson learnt.
