Fraudulent company. Deposited 100 pound and won 300. Withdraw and got told it takes 7-21 days. Been waiting since 20th April and still don't have an update. They have a fake license. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE!

i have been scammed also from spicy jackpots a deposited 20 pound an wagered over 3000 pound an withdrawn 800 on the 5th April stil awaiting process an gettin the same rude people on live chat cuttin me of an telling me to be patient it's disgusting how they treat customers I will never use this site again in my life what can I do to make them payout I won fair an square and I'm not letting it go who can I contact to take this further

Unable to supply verification documents for withdrawals
No Passport
Only paper driving licence
No other photo ID.
I offered, birth certificate, recent P60 and photo of my paper licence.
Have now wasted a whole day trying to complete my withdrawal with absolutely no success. Their chat facility and support address are both useless.

If they can verify you in under 5 minutes how in God's name can it take a month to pay out?

I think you'll find the amount of time they are taking is to try to find a loophole not to pay you.

This site is a definite scam. Took ages to get first withdrawal but second one I’m still awaiting on over a month now.. £1600. The chat are rude and cut you off. Same lie day after day. Now I log in I can’t get the chat come up. Anyone know what to do now please. Avoid the site like the plague!!! They are stealing our money

People wanting to no about withdrawal I won't over 1200 after wagering 2500 so I withdrew it told 7 to 21 days well 14 days in I was enquiring where it was upto to be told I could only have 200 they forfiet 1000 took it from me I was fecking fuming don't no how they sleep at night. Do not deposit people just wasting your money even when you win they seem to go by terms and conditions only allowing 10x original bet off worhdrawl which mine wad £20 hence why they only let me have 200. What really annoyed me was wagering 2500 and then them taking 1000 from my winnings. Stay away

Has anyone got there withdrawal from these yet? I started playing this site a couple weeks ago I won £100 and it told me it would take 7-21 days to go into my account it went in 3 days after I’ve then from that withdrew another £650 three days ago which I have not received yet just looking to know

Please do NOT deposit with them. I deposited £20 over an hour ago, for my card to be charged and for no money to go onto my account. I then tried to speak with live support, not once, but three times. The first time I was met with an automated message telling me "if your deposit is awaiting, please wait. We're experiencing a huge jam of customers." The second time I tried to contact support I was straight up ignored once they asked me what my issue was, and the third time was a repeat of the first! Awful experience. No help whatsoever.

Update: After nearly 2 hours, it finally went in and I got my £80 bonus which totalled to £100 altogether and I didn't get a single bonus or win. I definitely will not be depositing here again.

This site is a joke still waiting for my withdrawal of £600 since the 17th March! When contacted by chat it’s same reply every time be patient your withdrawal is been dealt with we have had a lot of requests! Stay well wash it’s a scam

I’d give zero stars if I would. Absolute joke of a company. I’m currently with gamban and I was in a crap state of mind so deposited on here. I won and fair play I got the withdrawals. However when I approached them about responsible gambling, it seemed they had nothing in place. A tiny part at the bottom of the website to state responsible gambling. “Don’t offer deposit limits yet” I’ve emailed them to complain and got nothing helpful back. Stay away from this website! They are crooks. Every deposit went to a different company and the chat would give you a different email address every time so they clearly run multiple. I will be contacting the gambling commission.
