I've been waiting nearly six months for £106 winnings live chat always says same thing it's being processed these scammers need to be reported to the gaming authorities and get them banned.

I get at least 10 emails a day from this company I never signed up to them and I block every email I get but they still keep coming and there’s no way of unsubscribing from them I’m guessing from the other reviews it’s a scam so I guess I’ll just have to keep blocking them until they stop!!😡

I probably receive 30 emails every single day from this company, sometimes more, having never signed up with them. Their unsubscribe link doesn’t work. I block every email address they send from but they must have hundreds. So annoying.

This site is a scam withdrew £120 weeks ago and still saying pending sent emails which have been ignored a live chat is useless they either say be patient or just ignore you don't believe I will ever receive my money

So bad, play a regular slot thought I would give this site a shot. Got so so many bonus but not one paid out. Usually the bonus I play pays out a considerable amount, on here was very disheartening getting 50 bonus with not one paying out.

UPDATE on earlier 1 star review. I was disgusted at the 7 to 21 working days for withdrawals to be processed. I have now waited 3 weeks and despite sending emails for an update I am almost certain I won't see any money. The site looks legit but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid Spucy Jackpots at all costs. Worst casino I have ever come across.

All I will say is the customer service staff need some training. When you ask for help you don't expect the person who is supposed to be helping you end the conversation abruptly because they haven't got an answer for you. I just really wish I'd read the reviews before I'd spent any money on this site. My advice to any prospective new players DON'T!!

Not happy giving these scumbags a 1 star. I withdraw £600 back in February still waiting for them to pay me what I won fair and square. Every excuse under the sun when I contact chat so rude, if I email I get no reply. They should be shut down,

I would give 0 stars if I could.
I have now waited 21 working days and still not received my £502 withdrawal. I keep being told to wait 7-21 days and then I get told it will be processed soon, yesterday I was told to wait, so I asked is it now going to be longer then the 7-21days and they closed the chat.
I then get told they have emailed the finance department to find out.
It does not take this long to process a withdrawal. So I don’t think I will see my withdrawal which is very disappointing and can’t believe they’re allowed to do this.
Also the chat staff are very rude. They will only answer certain questions and will just close off the chat.
Please don’t waste your money or time with this site.
