Very impressed by the quick delivery and the good quality of meat items. The only item I was not happy with, was the smoked mackerel, which had turned mushy by the time it got to me. It was not fit for the purpose I purchased it for.

We can assure you that every order is packed with enough ice packs to withstand the time the order is travelling for. Unfortunately, this does not always mean that items will arrive still frozen. We have taken your advice on board and will ensure to pack our orders with more ice packs, in order to prevent this. 3 past orders were delivered well, no complaint. This last 2 orders is missing a yam and 3 plantains. I wrote in to make complaint, got email back saying will investigate. But no answer yet on 12/9/2022.
