I recently asked for a reglaze pack, which I returned post free just a week ago containing my favourite frames with obsolete lenses. True to their word, I was contacted by phone as soon as the pack was received in Edinburgh. A very friendly informal discussion helped me to decide on suitable replacement lenses. My frames, glazed to the agreed specification arrived back today! They are excellent, and I couldn't be more pleased with their quality, and with the overall service on offer.

I initially phoned to enquire about replacement varifocal lenses for my frames. My lenses needed replacing because my perscription had changed and the lenses had become scratched. I explained that I only had this pait of glasses and would need them back quickly if possible. Spectacles Direct sent me a pre paid pack to put my glasses in, I returned with my perscription. The following morning I had a call from Spectacles Direct to confirm the quote given by phone and I paid for the lenses. The glasses arrived 5 working days later, the lenses are very good quality. My initial contact with the company was with Kirsty and follow up call was with Wayne - both were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Spectacles Direct!

Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Tuesday morning. Half the price of the high street shops. Couldn't have been easier. Accepted Edenred voucher too so all in an absolute bargain. Have already recommended to colleagues who are in the process of ordering for themselves. Great service

Ordered some spectacles for computing. Sent copy of prescription. They asked for measurement which I didn't have (distance between pupils). They said they would use national average but I found old photo taken by Vision Express about 10 years ago with measurements on and I sent that.

Received spectacles 2 days later, very good fit and excellent vision, very happy customer.

Very simple way of getting your glasses updated with new lenses and the customer service was excellent will use this service again as still got another couple of frames to get updated which i will be doing in the near future. Well worth using saving lots of £ than using the high street shops.

Had 5 pairs of spectacles reglazed to new prescription. Prompt and concise reply to emails. Service I received was exceptional and I would fully recommend without hesitation.

Spectacles Direct were able to fulfil my request for a custom lens type (Vista-Mesh) that wasn't advertised on their website. I had approached several online glasses retailers with a similar query and found Spectacles Direct responded the best in terms of informativeness and professionalism.

Wayne in Customer Service handled my questions and regarding the lenses and the ordering process in an excellent manner. All correspondence was informative and timely.

The price of the lenses was cheaper than I had been quoted on the high street, and was also cheaper than the small handful of other online suppliers that were able to offer it.

There was a small delay over the original quoted timescale for my order, but this was down to the lens supplier taking longer than expected to send out the lenses. Once received, Spectacles Direct processed and despatched my order very promptly.

I'm very happy with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to others.

I admit I was nervous about ordering something so important to me as glasses over the internet. But with my prescription and guidance from Spectacles Direct via friendly emails the results are superb. I have an amazing pair of Oakley frames, they fit perfectly, are high quality and the lenses are just perfect. All at a price that came in around 70% less than quoted by my over expensive optician. I was so impressed by the service I sent in my old frames for new lenses also. Very impressed & a big thanks to your team.

Having the lenses of my favorite frames replaced was half the price of the cost quoted at my optician. I had my glasses back quicker than expected and communication was good every step of the way.
