Great glasses, very quick delivery, friendly customer service

Ordered my prescription Ray Bans on Sunday, arrived on Wednesday. Excellent lenses in great frames, very reasonable price, and safely delivered. Will recommend Wayne to all my friends & colleagues.

Really pleased I tried on buying specs online for the first time. First I tried the glasses on in a high street store then entered the model, Ray Bans 8901 into a search engine and Spectacles Direct came up. I decided to give them a try and I am really pleased I did. The glasses are great and fitted as they did in the high street store. Their customer service is excellent as I had to ring up as my prescription wasn't in the range of the one of the drop-downs. The specs came within a week and because I saved so much compared to the high street store I am actually thinking of purchasing another pair of the same model as a backup.

Had tried several contacts for reglazing my specs but none were meeting my needs until I made contact with Spectacles Direct. Sent three pairs for reglazing and they were back with me in no time - I live in the west of Ireland. All three pairs were fitted with new lenses, to my prescription, and were excellent. Prices were very satisfactory and the company kept in touch with me until the specs were delivered. Highly recommended. I shall use this company again!

I would highly recommend spectales direct. From ordering the reglaze pack to receiving my reglazed frames took 7 days . Excellent service .

I was in Edinburgh on a short break, and needed some new glasses. They could not have helped me more. Great selection of frames and at a great price too. Oncethey were ready they phoned to say I would receive them the next day and also followed this up to make sure everything was alright.

Sent in a frame for re-glaze. Was phoned when they arrived to ensure the new lenses would have the right PD measurement. I sent in my current glasses, was phoned when they arrived, they were sent back the same day. The new glasses arrived a day later quickly followed by a phone call to ensure all was well, which it was. Top marks from a picky glasses wearer for 30 years.

Had my eyes tested on the Monday afternoon and sent the prescription with my order on that evening. Thursday lunchtime the postman delivered my new spectacles - perfect in every detail.

Really impressed with the service received. Needed to reglaze some distance vision glasses following cataract surgery. The procedure took just over a week to complete from my first request for a pack to the return of my reglazed glasses and postage was completely free. Have just requested a pack to arrange for some intermediate lenses to be fitted to another pair of redundant glasses.
