No problems, pleasure to deal with, and good selection of designer glasses for both male and female.

Got some great Ray Bans including thinner, coated, reactolite lenses, for not much more than the price of the frames only at a large high street retailer! Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday. Great service.

Simple and quick process with minimal hassle. I will use this service again, much cheaper than using the high street opticians every time!

Had some Raybans, needed a dark tiint and presc - sent glasses away, got a call, advised on the phone. Glasses arrived and are perfect, very good job, well worth it, will use again.

I used their reglazing service called lenses-in-glasses with two different frames and am seriously impressed. Very friendly on the phone when I needed to ask about the type of lenses and later on when I had to complain about one of them - because of a manufacturer error with the coating (NOT their fault).

The way they handled my complaint was very professional and friendly, they even sent me a freepost envelope!

Lenses are of perfect optical quality, service is outstanding! I will definitely reglaze another pair soon.

I had some Ray Ban sunglasses which I wanted my prescription fitted with and wanted the lens to be the nearest match possible to the existing ones. Many reglazing companies would just tint them with a standard brown/grey tint. Spectacles direct ensured me that they would match the colour and I wasn't disappointed. They did a brilliant job and the lens colour is a near perfect match!
Their customer service and delivery time etc was excellent and I would certainly recommend them.

Great website to order from, extremely quick delivery and even when they don't have the item you want in stock they go out there way to order them in, would recommend them to anyone who wouldn't designer glasses or sunglasses

They lived up to the high trust polit score. Ordered my glasses on Monday, very polite email to check a bit about the perscription in the afternoon, then they arrived early Wednesday morning.

Glasses are great and I will be certainly be using them again.

I bought a pair of prescription ray ban wayfarer sunglasses, lots of the sites I looked at we're unable to provide brand name glasses the price was really competitive and when I found that I had to call the customer service regarding some questions i had in relation to my prescription I found the person extremely helpful and went out of her way to help on several occasions glasses arrived within a week quality product ray ban case and the original lenses too

I sent a pair of Tag Heuer rimless glasses for new lenses. I had been quoted over £200 from my local optician and a long wait as they had to be sent away. I called 'Spectacles direct' as they are an unusual style to see if they could do them. They assured me they could and sent me a box to send them in. A day or so after I sent them off I was called by the company to say (a) that they had received them, and (b) to discuss exactly what I wanted. I was kept up to date with progress and had them back within two weeks all for less than £80. Great value and wonderful efficient service.

I couldn't believe it when there was a parcel to deliver, I couldn't think what I was expecting today; having only paid 3 days ago it never crossed my mind that it would be
my re-glazed reading glasses.

I desperately needed a pair of glasses in an emergency. I had broken mine a few days before I was due to go on a trip away. I explained this when I placed my order with Spectacles Direct late one evening and the next day I received an email assuring me that my order would be made a priority.
Spectacles Direct needed to confirm an aspect of my prescription and left messages on my answer phone as well as emails to confirm the details. I called Wayne back, who was extremely professional and reassured me that my order would be dealt with as a priority. I placed the order on the evening of the 1st, the confirmation call was made on the 2nd and I had my new glasses by the 4th. I needed them for the 6th so that was an even faster turnaround than I was hoping for!
The spectacles themselves were the cheapest I could find as I wasn't sure what to expect from an online retailer. They are actually made to a very high standard. The arms even have return springs which the high street companies charge extra for. I am usually very dubious about online shopping and never leave reviews but on this occasion I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Spectacles Direct. If Wayne isn't given a promotion or pay rise I would be extremely surprised!
