I needed my glasses quickly and the member of staff I spoke with explained that she would deal with my order personally. They arrived on time and I am very pleased with the price.

I rarely leave reviews but this company must be applauded for their super customer service. My wife and I went to choose our glasses and lost track of time and kept them their till nearly 7pm when their close time is 6pm , they did not try and rush us or mention that they should of been closing.
The optician was very thorough and had a caring attitude which assured me that I was in good hands. The whole experiences was a pleasure. If your looking for glasses this company must be your first choice.

Rang customer services as was unsure how to fill in the forms. They took me through step by step. Was rang to confirm they had received my email. Was kept informed all the way through for progress and then asked if I was satisfied when they arrived. Who could ask for better customer service???? X many thanks to you all

Ordered a cheap (£29) pair of prescription sunglasses for driving. Turned up less than a week later and I was delighted to find them just as good quality as my main specs, for which I had paid £100 elsewhere. Will definitely use again.

Ordered some RayBan specs and was told they were on back order and would take a week to get from Italy.Then additional time to make the lenses. Ordered Sunday arrived by Thursday, can not fault the service. Even did a itemised receipt for me to present to my insurance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
