Fred Kalache knows his spa’s and we felt confident in getting the best product and price when we see him. We bought a spa off him 5 years ago and didn’t hesitate going straight back to Spa World and finding Fred again. We bought a new model for our new house with confidence that we were being well looked after. Don’t get ripped off by other cheep claims . Get something that will last.

Great company at Sales. Once deposit is paid, don’t be in a rush to get the spa or any form of communications. Coming up on a month since they said it would be delivered. No contact without me contacting them. Then promises of return calls that never happened.

I would like to record my thanks and appreciation to your representative Lilly Sifri, for the manner in which she advised and assisted me in the choice of a Swim Spa on behalf of your company.
Not only was her product knowledge impressive, but the manner in which she guided me through my own essential criteria, and in fact supplemented this with her own understanding, went far beyond my expectations.
You are indeed fortunate to have someone of her ability to represent you.

So far we have had a great experience at Spa World Gledswood Hills working with Fred. He has helped us along the way with the admin process and has always been contactable and great communication and quick to answer our questions or provide more information. He has been very kind and helpful through the whole process. We can’t wait to get our spa later this year!

Purchased a Spa in store 2018 and it has been fantastic. Needed a new cover for it and purchased from Spa World online and it has been a nightmare. Paid $300 in shipping and promised tracking to know when to stay home from work to sign for. Tracking stopped when handed over to another party to deliver. No information on when it will arrive or where it is. FastTrack will not provide the information on who they have given it to and Spa World are clueless. Third day off work now, not happy!

Popped in to see if they sell chemicals as I was getting low. They don't stock consumables but Theo was able to help us out. We then spent some time going over the changes in the new version of our spa. There was no pressure to upgrade and just a friendly discussion. Theo spent some time subtley ensuring we were doing the correct maintenance. Strongly recommend the team here. We have had nothing but good experiences.

I put a deposit down on a swim spa at the Rosehill Expo & a couple of weeks after I had to cancel due to my son needing financial help. I understood they keep 10% of the sale price. But Donna Wright was absolutely fantastic. Donna contacted me and she was very helpful & understanding of my needs and after a discussion, Donna offered me a partial refund. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a spa.

Great showroom very clean well set and great range of spa.We were greeted by Fred who was very polite,knowledgable and his service was exceptional.He answered to all our questions.Fred made the whole experience a pleasure.

DO NOT WALK INTO A STORE, you’ll will be forever disappointed.

As soon as they have your money the service and helpfulness disappears.
Our spa was not ready for pick up as advised, and could not get anyone to talk on the phone except the poor receptionist, who must be abused everyday and others hide behind her. When were able to pick it up, it had been damaged by the forklift. There response was it’s not really structural so will be ok. I bet if it was there new purchase that would not be there reaction. Such a despicable company.

Michelle was an absolute sales lady. She was honest and could not have helped us anymore except, maybe put the water in the spa. She was even too the point off helping my wife do zip pay nothing was too much effort. Even when I complained about the apparent starter kit you get with your spa having the most essential product you need to setup your spa with not supplied she was so apologetic. Michelle you are a true LEGEND.

The sales representative (Duncan) was absolutely awesome to deal with.

No matter how many questions I asked and modifications we made to our order he was happy to assist.

We are loving our new Vortex Avante Gemini Spa! Huge thanks to Lisa Chatto and the entire Team who have helped us bring our patio spa dream to life. The final product is amazing and the process was seamless! Thankyou Lisa and Team! Thankyou Spa World! Lenore and Dean 🙏
