I really appreciate the service from Elaine in purchasing my new spa.

Excellent product and service by Elaine at marsden park, she is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I would strongly recommend not buying a Jacuzzi spa through Spa World. Whilst the initial customer service in the showroom was great it has been appalling "service" since receiving my spa.

My spa got an error message within one month of having it which meant I couldn't use it. I logged the issue immediately to be told I'd have to wait 8-10 working days before someone would be in touch.

Day 9 I contacted Spa World to follow up. It takes over an hour to speak to someone on the phone. When on the phone do not press 1 for a call back as it doesn't work. No one phoned me back. When I did get through to someone, I was told they couldn't help me it would have to go through service. It seems like there is only 1 person working in service which is hopeless given the amount of money I spent on this - a LUXURY item!

The outcome of that is, I seem to have gone back into another 8-10 day loop before someone is meant to contact me.

It feels impossible to get hold of someone. I have had to do all the chasing so far to no avail.

On what planet, is it acceptable that a customer would have to wait at least 3-4 weeks, without the use of their new spa, without any contact from Spa World let alone how long on top of that it will take for someone to come out and fix this issue?!

I want Spa World to come and take this spa away and give me my money back.

No one would buy it if this is what they are going to experience. Especially, when you position a high-quality service throughout the delivery of the spa with a concierge service. That failed as well, as I had to follow up with the concierge to find out what was going on with the delivery of my spa.

A beyond frustrating customer experience with no end in sight.

Spa World was upfront about costs, lead times and delivery timing and procedures from the time we ordered our spa. Knowing there was a wait from when we ordered gave us time to decide on exactly how and where we wanted the spa to be installed. Their initial estimate of delivery date was accurate which meant delivery lined up with our excavation and slab preparation. The spa itself arrived in great condition and is now a real feature of our home.
If you're considering a spa, the range and support from Spa World was second to none.

Poor after sales service. I logged an issue and after 3 weeks and multiple emails and phone calls, I am still waiting for someone to come out and have a look.

Spa world Mardsen park - Amazing

We went for a casual visit to look out for spas as we decided to do spa for our new house. Elaine is too good with the description of every single product, gave us a feel of what it is to have different spas and was elaborative. We were extremely satisfied and happy with the honest description of product, delivery, installation cost and every single thing.

BUYER BEWARE- SPA WORLD SEVEN HILLS

My spa dream has turned into a spa nightmare!!! After 7 months and a 10k deposit we still have not received our Jacuzzi spa from Spaworld Seven Hills. We have a huge hole in our deck where the builder has made preparations for the spa but no Jacuzzi!

If you are reading this and thinking of getting a spa from Spaworld my advice would be think twice. We were initially told we would have the spa 3 months after we first ordered and it’s now 7 months and still no spa. This has been the worst customer experience of my entire life and very stressful. We are now considering buying a blow up pool to place into the gigantic hole in the decking in our backyard! Yes it has come to that! Yes this review is real!!!

Visited Spa world in Seven Hills yesterday and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Charlie. He was kind, knowledgeable and an excellent Customer service professional. This store is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee and if like us, you know nothing about spas and need a no pressure, friendly and genial person to deal with, Charlie is your man and Seven Hills Spa world is the place to go. Helpful staff from Sales to delivery. Can't fault them at all. We had a hold up with our approval and Spa World were able to work with us helping to make the process smoother. Highly recommend them.
