Spa World Head office support Fantastic service your warranty is limited like any where else but the customer support is FOR LIFE
Had my Spa for a while now and had a little hiccup with my Vortex Spectrum which Regan Wood from customer support took care of these days with Cars computers, electronics ect it’s hard to find good after care customer service but happy to tell you it’s still Alive and Well at SPA WORLD

Watch out!

Ordered a new spa cover. Gave the serial number of the spa as asked. Had to wait for ages for it to be available but that's ok. When the new cover turned up it was different than the current cover. There was a connecting velcro missing off the cover which joined the 3rd piece to the rest to allow for the lifter to operate and take all 3 sections off the spa easily. Was not infomed that the unit would be different form what i had even thought they had the spa serial number and knew when it was bought.

Went back and was told after a number of interactions that they have changed the design as there was a problem with the Velcro failing so they had stopped doing that. They informed me that I should have checked the new specifications on the website and sent a link - the page is missing.

I said that as the new unit was the same as the one i have with the failed velcro I really don't need the new one and asked for a refund. They told me that i had to pay to return the unit, along with a 20% restocking fee - off the cost of the cover not the total sum of course. They recommended a carrier and said I should also insure the shipment.

When i said that i have trucks they said the company cannot accept a shipment from me at the warehouse (I guess the fairies magically make their stuff appear) and they would make sure i was rejected.

So tried to book with the preferred delivery company. Went through the hoops and at the end was told that they don't do one of deliveries but only for account customers.

Basically i would rather throw it away than give these people a 20% bonus when they resell it to the next sucker. I will throw away the foam, keep the cover and get it fixed at by sail maker.

Last time i bother with this company for any service - there is none.

These guys make everything so easy great buying experience will be back there again when i need anything else

Do your home work on council and Sydney water approval requirements before you give this company a deposit they will deceive you ,take your money then leave you high and dry. They have no morals at all .

Just had our Gemini Avante spa delivered once I’ve installed it, Jon from Spa World Bundaberg came out and helped set up he gave a full detailed description of how to operate it and how to test and add chemicals. It was a pleasure to deal with Jon from start to finish, now to sit back and enjoy the spa.

Personally, I prefer a genuine no nonsense approach, Michael from Spa World provided us with that experience, right from our first enquiries through the ordering & delivery process everything went as stipulated.
His follow up has also been remarkable, genuine phone calls over the next 6 months just checking that all was going okay.

Extremely happy with the service and installation supplied by Spa World Glenorchy, their knowledge and experience in providing the product, equipment and installation process was second to none.
The actual installation process using a truck equipped with a hiab crane for installation went extremely smooth with no issues even though it was a tight squeeze to get it in. The crew from Spa World did an excellent job. Setting up the heat pump for the spa was also completed in a timely manner. And most of all the wife is very happy with the outcome.

We purchased a Jacuzzi spa from Charlie Xuereb at Spa World Newcastle. We found Charlie extremely helpful and his knowledge of the spa products amazing.
We are pretty sure we have spent the most time in the store checking out spas than any other customer :-). Charlie was patient and answered all our many questions.
We needed to confirm some things for preparing for our spa prior to delivery (i.e. electrical, spacing, foundations etc). We reached out to Charlie on a multiple occasions calling him and each time we called Charie he either took the call immediately or called back answering our questions putting our minds at ease.
We highly recommend Chalie X and Spa World Newcastle.

We were thinking to get either a spa or a swim spa, so we visit the spa world, Fred Kalache as sales consultant is very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with his help we believe we choosed the perfect one that suit our needs, the whole process is smooth and delighted.

We bought a Vortex spa From Spa world Mile end. We dealt with Steve Whyte who was absolutely fabulous from the start to the end. His Knowledge on the product was second to none. We have recommended him to some of our friends who are in the market for a spa. Even after the purchase I contacted Steve about water treatment and he was only too happy to help. Couldn't recommend Steve and Spa world enough. My family love it.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to spaworld (especially Elaine at Marsden Park) for our great experience in our swimspa purchase and installation. When you’re worried of spending a large sum of money, concerned of council approvals and the installation process.
They provided all the information and partners to make the process super easy.
I honestly was concerned of how I’ve heard of other companies leaving you high and dry and not even deliver what you ordered. I would contact spaworld asking for some advice and it was quickly responded to.
After the order they provided regular updates on build & shipping progress and also checking on our landscaping progress to ensure it all lines up for the delivery.
I'm beyond happy for the service I received especially from Elaine she’s amazing and would highly recommend to anyone.

Fred was very helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we thought about aspects we could have to deal with. This helped us know we would have to resolve a leveling issue first. As a result we couldn't purchase, but again Fred was able to help resolve this with a solution to manage the delay. This helped us progress a decision and commit to purchase.

I can highly recommend Spa World for all your spa needs, Theo our sales person has been fantastic, always happy to answer any question (and I had quite a few) and made me feel at ease with everything. The concierge staff could do with a little more training and communication for those who know nothing and require answers, but if they don't have these your sales rep (like Theo) can always help. Looking forward to many days/nights in our new spa thanks to all who helped us reach this point.

A big thank you to Craig Fairbairn from Spa World Newcastle for his assistance in the purchase of our Vortex Swim Spa. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. If we had any questions, he would get back to us almost immediately. We are very happy with our Spa. Thank you Craig for your very professional service

We could not have asked for a better service than with Lillian at Spa World-Gregory Hills. When we first walked in Lily had welcomed us with her friendly nature and smile. She had a wealth of knowledge and experience and knew exactly what we were after, Lily assisted us in choosing a great spa to suit our family of 6 and a price well within our budget.
We walked away with the Titanium Avante 10 adult spa and cannot wait for it to be delivered and installed.

We went to Spa World Marsden Park NSW just to have a look and ended up buying a VortexTitanium Advante Spa. Elaine answered all our questions (which we had quite a lot) and was totally helpful in all aspects of our purchase. On the day our Spa arrived Elaine help us via the phone with setting the Spa. Cannot thank Elaine enough for all her help. Our new Spa is great and are more than happy with it.

Doris from Spa World is an amazing sales consultant. From the initial meeting in store and helping me select a spa. To the update’s through the order process and then communication near delivery, Doris has been very attentive and a lovely lady to have delt with.

I bought spa store chemical from spa online store it includes all the important chemicals that I needed and the quality is very superior. I would love to buy product from here in future also.
