We recently bought a jacuzzi spa and Vortex pergola from spa world in Christchurch. We could not be happier with our choice! Throughout the process Hamish provided amazing service even when we needed to delay delivery and decided to upsize on the original pergola we had chosen. Hamish was brilliant and would recommend anyone in the market for a spa to see him first. The delivery team were also excellent. Right on time and made setup a breeze. 10/10 for the whole process from me!

I researched for quite a while on swim spas before choosing Vortex SwimSpa Pro Avante. The endless pool with the swim jets was beautiful but basically the same but more expensive and the one with the proper swim machine (which would have been a bit of a better swim) was twice the price and not worth it for us who are not long distance swimmers. The Vortex also came with the heat pump option which will save on running costs and better spa functions. So overall now we’ve got it and using it, it was definitely the best choice for us.
However what was even better about our choice was the post sale service. Very communicative, comprehensive support to make sure everything was prepared properly.
Installation went very smoothly. They did everything from delivery to installation to setup to teaching how to use and maintain. Frank and Tyson who delivered the spa were brilliant friendly patient and great listeners. We worked out all the solutions together (it’s big operation getting it in) and I’m really happy with the whole installation.

Yesterday we took delivery of our new Spa after waiting a few months due to the crazy world we live it. Frank and Tyson were the installers who arrived and we cannot thank them enough for the excellent job they did. They communicated as to when they would arrive so we were able to organise the sparky and from the moment they arrived everything went so smoothly. They were very professional but also human so we could have a great laugh with them as well. No question we asked was too much, even when our whacky sense of humour derailed Tyson explaining the chemicals etc. They were quick and very efficient and we just love how everything looks and are very comfortable with the instructions we were given.
Thanks Frank and Tyson for starting our ownership of our first ever Spa a memorable one. Highly recommend to everyone to have a VIP install by Frank and Tyson!

Camille Countryman, retail manager of the Nelson Spa World store has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Not only is she very knowledgeable about the range of products that Spa World stock and how they might work best for us as a customer, but she was also prepared to go well above the call of duty in arranging an after hours test spa. Camile has always been happy to answer any questions even post sale.

Jamie is a keeper! We had him as our Consultant & he answered all of our questions before we even had time to ask them. He is very polite, patient & knowledgeable. After the sale, he very patiently answered all of my emails in a very timely (short) manner. Michelle & Rachel are also awesome & very prompt in sorting out the bank transfer & organising delivery. Frank (the delivery team) went over & above to make sure we understood what we needed to do as regards cleaning of filters & looking after the Spa in general. All in all, I recommend Spa World 100%. Keep up the good work everyone!!

From our initial dealings with Camille at the showroom, to the installation of our beautiful spa by Frank and his team, every aspect of our dealings with Spa World were seamless. Communication around expected delivery date was regular, we really couldn't find fault in any area of their service. And our spa is just superb.

Was a delay in the shipping of the spa due to COVID but once here was delivered by a great team of guys who were efficient, polite, helpful and professional - thoroughly recommend

Misleading advertising. Ordered a Fisher5D spa in the beginning of September. Advertised as 'In stock NOW', only to find out after paying the deposit, that actually there is no stock of the 5D in the country, and that Spa World is expecting a container to arrive in November.
I was eventually given this information later in October, when I emailed the delivery team for an update.
I would have appreciated some honesty regarding availability before the purchase, as this can form part of the decision making when browsing for a spa, especially with covid causing delays.

Camille was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. She walked us through all of our options, set up two wet tests, and carefully considered our needs. We were able to wet test two spa tubs. We feel confident our tub will be perfect for us once it arrives. Thanks, Camillle!

The whole experience with Spa World has been exceptional . The purchased / sales advice was great , informative and non ‘pushy ‘ The scheduled delivery updates were consistent and friendly . The actual delivery & install was exceptional - slick & professional !

Camille demonstrated extensive product knowledge. On top of that the service she provided was top notch and it came with a smile! What more could you ask for(:

We discovered SpaWorld on google so decided to go and have a look having never heard of it before.
There we met Camille, not knowing much about spa's, Camille introduced us to the Vortex Neon and did an excellent job of explaining all its features.
No way did I expect to walk into the showroom on that day and splash out all that money, but I did.
Believe me, it would not have happened without Camille, she inspired the confidence in us that we were purchasing a quality, highly featured spa from a great company.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Andrew on a return visit and learnt a bit more about Spa World.

Unfortunately the delivery was delayed due to global shipping issues.
Michelle and Angela kept us informed along the way.

Also special thanks to Frank from Taylors for the delivery and setup.

Now that the spa is up and running it has exceeded our expectations.

The service was great from enquiry to delivery/ install. Everyone has been so helpful and the whole process was seamless. Enjoyed our first dip in the spa this morning with the kids. Thank you to the whole team involved.

The spa took some time to arrive due to Covid.
But once it arrived the installation was exceptional.
The delivery was amazing, Lift and Shift Parked on my drive, lifted the spa over top of the house to the back of the section ( 33 meters )
Frank from Taylors pools and Spars was great, so easy to get on with. Explained how to run it very carefully. Would like to than Camille Countryman form Spa World Nelson for handling everything. Great service. Would certainly use Spa World nelson again.

Jake at Spa world Chch was amazing to deal with, by far the best salesman to talk to and ask questions, he even answered questions by sending videos of him talking and showing the spa, Jake was also very responsive to our emails/texts and even answered some outside of work hours, nothing was to hard for Jake and helped us through the entire process of looking at the spa to purchasing the spa.

Although due to a change in circumstances my Gemini spa order has been cancelled, throughout the whole process I have received the most positive customer service from Michael, Auckland. Prompt, clear communication at every step, always available by phone and email, always having a solution to a problem. I will be seeking Michael out when I do order in the future.
