I purchased an item on 3 Feb 26
I purchased an item on 3 Feb 26, received email that a picture of the item was needed. Sent this same photo three times. Still no response or item sent. Spoke with a rude customer representative on 20 March 26. After speaking with him I was informed that the item I requested was obsolete and they were waiting on a response from me which I never received. However, when speaking to the representative he got upset! When asked to speak with a supervisor he refused and just refunded my money. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and what I know for a fact, when a customer asks to speak with a supervisor that should happen. When you call a company and all calls are recorded for training purposes and both sides of the conversation is heard. That way the whole conversation is heard in the fullest! What I received from this company poor customer service!

With regards to the spa cover I ordered…
With regards to the spa cover I ordered there was no communication with the customer that the courier rarely delivers in our area. I had to chase this up and customer should be advised of this, which made it frustrating.
