As first-time spa owners the prospect of purchasing a big-ticket item like a spa seemed a daunting task. After researching all the options, we visited Spa World Nelson and met Camille Countryman. Camille was incredibly helpful, friendly, and fantastic to deal with. Camille patiently and expertly answered the multitude of questions we had about owning a spa. We ended up purchasing a Vortex Nitro and we love it!
With Camille, and the team at Spa World Nelson’s help, the journey from purchase to installation was amazing. Leon, Sandra, and Sharona were awesome at keeping us in the loop with information about the spa’s delivery. Sharona did an outstanding job of organizing all the moving parts for the final delivery and installation. Frank and team from Powerhouse Movers made the job of installing the spa look easy and I was in awe of their expertise and impressed with how approachable and friendly they were.
Thank you Camille and team the journey to spa ownership and enjoyment was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Had the spa installed today, and Jack the installer was brilliant, very helpfull, dedicated and thoughtful really went the extra mile. Also have to mention Peter from spa world Penrose is fantastic too, kept me up to date on when the spa would arrive and would email me regularly just to touch base,I am also finding him to be extremely patient with me as I have been bombarding him with questions, sorry again Pete 😊 (with me being a newbie spa owner) and he has got back to me straight away,
Now just gotta wait for it to warm up

We made the decision to purchase a vortex spa 'The Palladium, and turn a unused area of the property into a resort like look for our home in Golden Bay, to make us feel like we were on holiday all of the time.

Camille Countryman in the Nelson store whom we purchased the spa from, was just wonderful from the beginning, always available, always so friendly, anything we needed to know she answered within minutes, simply amazing service.

Garth from Lift & Shift , whom the spa world delivery team organised, a big thanks to Sharona for making that happen, put the spa in place beautifully, it needed to be placed under a deck and he made this look effortless.

Frank, Tyson & Kory from Powerhouse Movers who install the spas for spa world, where exceptional , the nicest people, the best service, they made it all so easy.

Within 24 hours of Frank leaving we were in the spa, it is better than we imagined, you just melt away like floating in space, we just love it.
We have used it everyday since.

We visited Spa World in Christchurch looking to gather information about their range of home spa pools. This was following several weeks of research and information gathering from other retail spa stores.
We were immediately greeted by Brittany who asked us relevant questions to ascertain the size of spa and our budget before stepping us towards a pool and showing us the underside and interior pipes and insulation. She explained the features and how it makes a positive difference to temperature loss. We also were able to sit in the pools to decide on the comfort level. This was so good as we changed our minds from the first one which was actually too small for us to lie in the recliner seat. We were also shown a working pool in the dark room and were given so much other information about more in a different range just to make sure we understood our options.
We were then set on our pool but unsure if it would fit on our new deck. Brittany offered to call by on her way home to measure up. What amazing service. The spa will fit perfectly and we are so excited. Thank you so much.

Camille Countryman has been absolutely wonderful to deal with from the presentation, order process and any queries. Receiving a personalised video within minutes of asking a question is exceptional service. We highly recommend Spa World, their fabulous staff & our luxurious outstanding spa!

We purchased our spa from Spa World Nelson a few months ago and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! The spa is amazing as is everyone we have dealt with in the store. Mario is very knowledgeable and was able to help us pick out the best spa for our family without being pushy, is quick to reply to all correspondence, very helpful and friendly, and always goes the extra mile. Such a great company, and such a great spa!!

I walked into Spa World Nelson and was lucky enough to join a presentation from Camille Countryman to another customer. Camille was knowledgeable, friendly, open to queries, which she answered expertly and efficient once I decided to purchase. The spa is now in place and it is fantastic, the ability to have all the jets turned off other than the one you are using is brilliant. I would unreservedly recommend them and Camille.

We owned a spa from SpaWorld a few years back, but when we sold our house the spa was included.
Our preference was to go with the same brand as we were very happy with the spa. We had recommended the brand to friends, and they have been happy with their spas as well.
As you do when you are looking for anything new, we search the Internet, always checking spas back against what we could get from SpaWorld. We were please to find that the spas from SpaWorld always came out ahead when we looked into the details of each competitor’s spa.
We meet with Michael O’Loan at Spaworld in Penrose Auckland and talked through the various options that were available. With knowledge of a delivery delay due to covid, what isn’t delayed these days, we placed our order and paid our deposit and sat back looking forward to our delivery date.
Life rolls on … and my wife was diagnosed with cancer with months of Chemo and Radio therapy ahead. I called Michael and said that we really did not have the head space for the spa and wondered if we could cancel the order and get a refund. I was prepared for some sort of penalty as we had fully spec’d our spa and it was to be a custom build.
To our ever-lasting gratitude Michael immediately said that we could cancel the Order and that there would be no penalties. Anyone that has been through the Cancer world knows that it is all consuming and other problems just add to the huge ongoing stress.
I cannot recommend SpaWorld strongly enough. When a company goes that extra yard without prompting, you know that they have integrity and in our case, compassion.
All going well we will return to SpaWorld and order a spa.

Buying a Spa is a big decision and you want to do it right. Jamie at Spa World Christchurch made the decision making process easy for us, pointing out the various differences in the range of spas that they had. After finding out what we wanted in a spa and a little about our lifestyle we were directed to a couple of models and again the differences. We spent a lot of time looking and asking questions and at no point did we feel rushed or put under any pressure to make a decision. One of the best things that Jamie said to us was "I won't sell you a spa until you sit in it", best advice ever! We did exactly that sitting in various spas and it was surprising the differences and how it would affect you enjoyment of using it, especially if you entertain and share it with family and friends regularly. Having spent a couple of hours in store but not making a decision we were pleasantly surprised to receive a video from Jamie that thanked us for coming to the store and he gave us a quick recap and tour on the spa models that were considering, now that that is great service and still no pressure to purchase. We settled for a Jacuzzi J375. Installation day came and we had some fun, Hamish (Store manager) o undertook the install and setup and didn't rush the process and explained everything from start to finish as we set up the spa, again it was a really great experience. We absolutely love the Jacuzzi J375, it's used almost daily and is wonderful, maintenance is easy and the water stays crystal clear. The cover lifting system is a breeze and can so easily be done by anyone. As a new spa owner never having owned a spa or a pool before the backup support and ongoing questions have been answered quickly and with a cheerful manner. I would thoroughly recommend that if your shopping for a Spa then Jamie and Hamish at Spa World Christchurch are definitely worth talking to about what you want.

Had the best experience buying our new spa from Spa World Christchurch. Staff are super friendly, fantastic high quality products and the delivery guy Frank was just amazing. Super nice, efficient, friendly and so knowledgeable. Answered all my question and even questions I did not think to ask. A+++++

I basically bought my sauna online and over the phone. Jamie at Christchurch Spa World was super helpful and the website also was very detailed and helpful. All my questions were answered by Jamie and the website. I had all the information at hand that I needed.

We brought the Vortex Nitro spa in November from Spa World Christchurch. The sales person (Jamie) was great and helped us through the process and answered all our questions no matter how small. The installation process was seamless . We are absolutely thrilled with our spa pool and have used it constantly
since it was installed. Best decision we ever made.
