You have to play 3 times your deposit and need to send selfie with identification card and paper attached with hello etc, with date, it is ridiculous. And the chat never gives you an honest answer. Everytime i tried to cashout, 6 times my cashout was returned to my account without receiving email stating why. And i still believe that asking identication card with paper hi,,,and date, is not necessary and bothersome.
