A delightful company!
I'm always very happy with SW Coast Refills. The staff are friendly and helpful - with recent re-stock issues due to covid, they have been great at offering alternatives at discounted prices for any OOS item's I've ordered. My orders arrive as expected, and are always left in my designated "safe location". I love that I can now easily access great quality, zero-waste items - no complaints here! :)

Great service!
Ordered some products from SW Coast Refills and they had it delivered in just a few days. The box was packed well, no excess space or ridiculous box sizes like other companies!
Love the products, and the vegan pick n mix is fab!
Overall great service, will definitely be ordering again!

My cactus coffee cup is super cute
My cactus coffee cup is super cute and so relatable. I’m quit w a clumsy person so was a bit apprehensive buying a glass cup, but It has survived two drops already! No scratches and easy to clean!! Packaging is cute too! Thanks Rikki and Emma!

Hi Charlotte, we don’t wrap any of our loose foods in plastic. We use plant based cellulose bags from a company called Vegeware. They are fully compostable and can be home composted or simply put in your food waste bag but we recommend you re-use them plenty of times first!

When flour was scarce they sourced some and let us know they'd reserved some for us .
They will go that extra mile for their customers .

A must visit in Weymouth!
Fab little shop with a huge variety of refillable and zero waste goods. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s definitely a must visit whilst in Weymouth!
