My order was lost
My order was lost, I had to email to remind you after a couple of weeks. Then only 4 units were sent instead of the ordered 6, waiting for a response to my second email
But the product itself is great!

Hello, Thank you for bringing the error on your order quantity to our attention yesterday. We have responded to your email this morning and are looking to resolve the issue. With regard to your order delay, this was due to a manufacture delay and having to await further pasta stocks to arrive. Your order was despatched in line with the despatched date clearly listed on the product description at the time of purchase. All orders awaiting this brand were despatched to as soon as stocks reached us.
Great product and arrived quickly.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE
Did not recieve my order. Told I had given the wrong address and could now pay more for it to be delivered as there is a no refund policy. Southwest refills were very direct in their communications stating address was wrong and there is no refund available. Can't understand how a card payment can be taken with my address but a delivery just can't be fulfilled . On my list of never to use companies . They have taken over £30 from me and not even delivered the products. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Would give 0 stars if the system enabled it.

As per our communications, you did not provide a full / correct address for shipping, meaning your parcel was unfortunately undeliverable. I understand this wasn’t a good outcome for you based on the error you made, which we have offered to rectify. The address you provided was clearly shown in your order confirmation we sent to you at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to place their order to the correct address, and check it once the order is placed. The address was also confirmed by Royal Mail and tracking information was sent to you showing the address you provided. We have offered to resend the goods to you but this would incur additional shipping costs which you have chosen to decline.

When i ordered didn't realise that it…
When i ordered didn't realise that it was for collection as I my address was on order and when I got the confirmation a few moments latter i immediately as i am a disabled person i send a e mail to ask to cancel it and got no reply so I sent another e mail and a couple of days
latter i got a e mail from Emma telling me that I had not collected the order so they dispose of it and there was no refund.
Disgusting company.
When I realised that it was for collection I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund and I sent a few,e mails which they ignored

As per our email to you, no shipping costs were paid. The order was placed for Store Collection, and remains uncollected. Unfortunately we do not refund food items that have been dispensed and not collected. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions of sale.

As per our multiple emails to you, to which you have responded : You purchased 400G of loose burger mix. No packets. No delivery paid. This was purchased for Store Collection, we DO NOT offer delivery on grocery items. You have chosen to ignore all email communication and opted not to collect several weeks ago. As per our emails to you, this case has now been closed. Your rudeness and abusive language will not be tolerated or engaged with.

Awful communication and stock issues.
Awful communication and understanding of their stock. I ordered from their website then they changed the order without contacting me. So I ordered again and then only received half of what I ordered. No communication about it until I complained, then no apology - just a refund. Apparently something else wasn't in stock!

Posted half my order as items out of stock. This should have been communicated before posting as I only placed the order for the items oos. No reply to my email, totally ignored. Offered refund to return products but no refund on the £4.99 postage. Really poor experience, won't purchase from here again.

Hello Abbie,
Please check your emails as you have clearly missed both our responses. Or perhaps you haven’t, since you clearly seemed to have picked up on the shipping mention.
Items from your order that were in stock were despatched and further stock was anticipated for your out of stock items, that have since been refunded in full following supplier stock issue.
At no point is postage £4.99, this isn’t a service we offer. Your shipping cost paid was £3.95. We do not offer returns for food items. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions.
However, as per our email to you, a return in this instance has been offered as a goodwill gesture, minus the shipping cost as you have you have stated for the items received. We are not in the habit of refunding someone’s postage costs, for items delivered, that they have expressly ordered, simply because a customer later changes their mind.
You were notified of the amendment to your order prior to shipment, this was sent 24 hours before your response requesting order cancellation, by which time your items were already in transit.
While I understand your frustration with not receiving your order in full, we do want all our customers to be 100% happy with their orders and I am sorry we were unable to fulfil your order in full in this instance.
As a small business who cares and takes pride in getting things right, we do not appreciate the misrepresentation here. I will now close the return and consider your matter resolved since you have chosen not to return your items.
