Have found it really easy to use the site to order goods etc , & follow on information to pay & track your delivery , goods delivered were very fresh , will definitely use again, even for non foods .

Great little shop, very clean and organised. Run by a lovely young couple who are both friendly and helpful. Generally reasonably priced and good products. So far I have tried the skincare, reusable face pads, hair conditioner, washing up liquid and some foods. It’s a good feeling using less packaging and less plastic. Just a few small changes can make a difference.

Good products, wide range, reasonable prices, kindly delivered ( and when a couple of products were not immediately available, they arranged a second delivery the next day)- Excellent, many thanks!

I recently ordered and received my first fruit and vegetable box. Excellent quality and a great range of choice. Has lasted the week. Would highly recommend. And I would definitely purchase again. Delivery was prompt and kept with the social distance guidelines. 🙌🙌🙂

I have purchased many fruit and veg boxes from south west coast refills.. And I am never disappointed. The veg is always lovely quality, it stays fresh for so long and I love the variety of what we receive.
Having it delivered for free is also an incredible bonus.

This shop is fantastic and I really can’t recommend it enough. As soon as we started shopping with them and using our own containers for dried refills, spices, vinegars etc, there was a massive reduction in the amount of waste in our bin each week. They have such a superb range of great quality products at very reasonable prices.
Their fresh fruit and veg is also brilliant - so grateful to be able to eat locally, seasonally and plastic-free!
If there was a sixth star I could give, they’d get it!
