I contacted SW Coast within minutes of placing my order to correct a delivery address error. Despite multiple emails, website messages, and phone calls (with voicemails left as instructed), no action was taken before dispatch.

The courier later marked the delivery as attempted when no attempt was made and diverted the parcel to a pickup shop 3 miles from my home, which I had to collect myself — a round trip of just under two hours.

The seller advised that redelivery would be arranged, but this never happened. The item was a Christmas gift, and due to the delays and inconvenience, it is now unlikely to reach the recipient before Christmas.

While I eventually obtained the item, this was only by resolving the issue myself. Communication and customer service fell well below expectations

Love the SW coast veg box, very tasty, highly recommend, feels good to support local farmers.

What's not to love about this little Aladins Cave, of ethically sourced, locally sourced and natural produce, from fruit and veg, dry store, to natural refill toiletries and cleaning products, amongst many many other things. This little independent shop in the heart of Weymouth is my go to for my groceries,and love I am making a greener footprint by reducing my plastic use by about 70%.
If they haven't got what you are looking for, just ask, if they can source it for you they will.

Delivery was perfect. The produce is really nice..i just feel the duck eggs are a bit expensive.

I messaged them regarding delivery date. They replied quickly and explained my options. I opted for next day delivery and it arrived next day!

Great, fast response when they didn't have enough in stock for my order. Just an almost immediate refund.

I purchased a bottle of Dorset Naga hot chilli oil, which unfortunately was lost by the couriers. SW Coast Refills were very responsive and immediately sent off a a replacement. The product is excellent - extremely hot, just as promised!

The staff were really friendly, and helped sort out things out straight away when Evri lost the delivery, so I reallly appreciate the effort they put in.
How it took Evri 8 days to delivery the package I do not know. Seriously, it would have taken half the time to deliver 200 years ago by stagecoach.

As always, the veg is lovely and fresh.
My only tiny grumble is I would of preferred slightly bigger jacket potatoes, but that's it.
I really like the nut roast, they're hard to find!
I add some chestnut purée to mine. You could add loads of stuff, and it's just as good on its own.

First class service and delighted with the pasta I purchased. As yet I haven’t used the rice so can’t comment on that. Overall, though, very happy.

I did have an issue with my parcel and it was sorted out by Emma very quickly, so very happy with the result.
