Mynt Travel Recensioni 

We recently returned from our honeymoon which was booked through Mynt Travel.

I’m probably not the easiest person to deal with as I like being in control when booking holidays, but Alex made me feel reassured that it was all under control and I didn’t need to worry about anything.

From the initial enquiry I sent on a Saturday night I had a prompt response with all the options of prices, dates and dining plans.

Closer to the time Alex checked us in and made sure that we had completed all the arrival forms needed. Our transfer details were provided via text and when we arrived the transfer was there waiting for us.
It was also lovely to have Mynt’s number should we need anything.

We received a text the day after we arrived checking everything was all good with the hotel and travel.

The honeymoon went perfectly and when it was time to go home, again the transfer and check-in process run smoothly.

I have no hesitation is recommending Mynt. The care you receive from them is outstanding and they really care about you having a good holiday. .

From the moment I made an initial enquiry, the communication and customer service was second to none.
Little things like a glass of prosecco and snacks on the bus, a clear itinerary and contact number for the rep were excellent added extras.
We will definitely be booking with Mynt again!

Everything from the time we stepped on the plane to when we got back home was planned to perfection. Even when our original itinerary had to be changed due to the weather, at such a short notice. All the pickups were on time, which put us at ease and made the journey less stressful.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an adventure holiday.

I could not fault anything. From initial communication, to helping us with travel suggestions, and booking our hotel and event tickets in Amsterdam, this company has been fantastic. Alex was brilliant. Booked holiday, checked us in and organised assistance. Very friendly on telephone and nothing was too much, even when I would message with last minute things, answered straight away. Would definitely use mynt travel again.

Very polite and attentive service. Lots of notice about delays. On time for the most part - traffic issues on the trip up couldn't be helped.

We had a amazing time , the drivers and trip rep was amazing and treated us all lovely. We received a bunch of free water and snacks on our coach trip and service stops.
He was super clear on time and our day plan which was super helpful and clear and he made everyone feel safe, welcome and equal x
To make things even better they made sure everyone had rides home and was safe to get home before leaving x

Company service excellent easy to contact no delays and brilliant service and information and keeping contact with updates . Our rep for day Alex Very Welcoming polite and interacting communicating with us & service was exceptional on coach throughout the journey & coach drivers also done brilliant and coach lovely clean & very comfortable and warming, rep interacting & explaining points from start to finish of stop off at service stations and arrival & coming back & time & will be booking again with them & recommending them 100%

Booked with Mynt Travel to see Moulin Rouge, Bristol . Coach pick up was on time, drop off right outside The Hippodrome. Just a short walk to bars and restaurants for lunch. Coach was outside theatre waiting as the show finished. Fantastic service, thank you Alex. Will definitely be booking with Mynt Travel again.

Had a fab day trip to Bristol to see Moulin Rouge with Mynt travel and Alex , communication in the lead up to the trip was great, Alex was friendly, chatty and professional. Would def recommend and will travel with them again. Thanks Alex .

Second time going to Bristol with these guys, fab service Alex chatty friendly and always on hand if needed, would highly recommend 😁from time of booking the communication was excellent between myself and mynt travel, also friends who travelled for the first time with these guys were very impressed, punctual and a lovely bonus snacks/drinks on board as well what a fantastic time we had, 😁 look forward to going again with these guys to see other shows in Bristol. Hopefully in time you could possibly do pick ups from ebbw vale as it can be difficult to get back from merthyr late at night.

Absolutely blown away with the customer service I received from Alex at Mynt travel, nothing short of 5*!
From the minute I messaged on WhatsApp (it was gone 8pm) I was shocked to receive such a prompt reply with all the details I had enquired about with a deal i had seen on the Facebook page.
I had asked for prices of various dates and had a message with 7 different weeks / prices meaning I could chose exactly what dates and prices worked well for myself and my family, I found this so helpful instead of the usual back and fore with asking for different dates 1 by 1.
Alex sorted everything from booking, sending over the link to pay, sorting out passports with all the correct details, checking us in for our flights and so much more.
Alex had messaged on the day of our holiday (and the day home) with information letting us know our flight was on time and that if we needed anything not to hesitate to get in touch, I was really blown away with the attentiveness of this and found it very personal and a lovely touch. Alex also sent a message on day 2 just checking in to see how the holiday was going and if we were happy with the hotel / rooms and again to see if there was anything we needed help with.
I’ve since spoke to the majority of friends / family about the fabulous experience we received off Mynt travel and cannot recommend them and Alex enough.
A massive thank you again and I look forward to booking my next holiday with yourselves!

Alex and Mynt Travel have been excellent throughout the booking and actual travel/holiday - keeping us up to date at each stage. Exceptional customer service! Would highly recommend booking with them and we definitely will book with them again.

💯 5* service

This was my first trip with Mynt Travel and it won't be the last! Pick-up was on time, and both the driver and host were very pleasant. Snacks and drinks were provided, a bonus I wasn't expecting. Communication leading up to the trip, during and after has been excellent. My only wish is that there was a pick-up point nearer to home (Ebbw Vale) as I still had to arrange a lift home quite late at night once I'd been dropped off.

I have traveled with mynt travel on 5 different occasions and the service they offer is fantastic, the trips are always very well organised, communication leading up to the day of travel is excellent, Alex is so friendly and makes sure everyone is happy and he always brings drinks and snacks on the trips which is a lovely gesture, to be honest I wouldn’t use any other company other than mynt travel, get booking because you won’t be disappointed!!!!

From start to finish everything was perfect.. Alex who was handling my booking was always very polite and helpful with my queries. The snacks snd drinks were a fab little touch too and most welcome . Already looking to book again . Thank you for a fab day out😊
