Informative, I understand the information & can apply this into my schedule. Chris is always more than happy to answer any questions I have which is great. I have never left a training course confused or unsure about the topic because of this.

I joined and the very next day attended the induction training. With 0 knowledge of the property market I was pleasantly surprised at the positivity and depth of knowledge all around. I’ve been 4 days into my franchise and still trying hard to educate myself. Lots of support available and I highly recommend Sourced as an amazing organisation.

I joined Sourced in August and have just completed my induction training. The wealth of information prior to training and the training itself has been exceptional. I’m blown away by the breadth and depth of knowledge that the team have. In addition, the admin and marketing support is fantastic. There’s also a real sense of supporting one another from the wider team of franchisees. I’m working on putting all of this learning and support to good use and look forward to a successful future with Sourced.

We have joined the Sourced company as a franchisee and attended the induction training course and I have to say the content and course has been really great. Having been on other courses, I felt that this filled in all of the grey areas and will continue to so with the support network they have in place for you to succeed, very impressed.

Been on my first training event, and the knowledge that was delivered was second to none. i would recommend Sourced to anyone, fantastic support and service.

Unprofessional Service - I don't think I have dealt with anyone who have been so cagey and weird. I signed a contract with sourced for property introductions with a Ed Harding and provided all my ID. But whichever sourced agent you use the result is always the same.

Whenever I am introduced to a property, the guys deliberately withhold most of the information. Its just a waste of time, you have to keep on contacting them for bits of information.

They told me about a property in Doncaster saying we cant give you the address but the first bit of the post code is DN4. Well that covers most of Doncaster.

They never give you the address and before you go further they tell you there is another buyer seriously interested. This has happened so many times that I am sure they are lying.

How can you buy a property when you don't know the address... ? ? ?

They then pressurise people into buying.

One sourced agent said to me, you don't have to worry about anything, look at the figures, trust us and just pay the deposit for the property.
Well you cant tell me about figures, people from Sourced. I am a Chartered Accountant. I know all about figures and estimates, thank you.

In the end, I told them straight, I am a property investor not a drug dealer or someone criminal that you should deal with your clients in this way, especially since I signed a contract with you.

Used these guys as help investment wise. Bought a property from Sourced Manchester in 2019, refurbed and added to my rental portfolio. The communication from the rep was excellent and the property and performing slightly better than forecast.
