I joined Sourced late 2019 and what an incredible team and business model it has. I mainly joined due to the experience and support that is given and the fact we have unlimted access to finance to fund our own projects. The due diligence done on every deal and the process is the best in the industry. Iv spent thousands on property education and listened to experts on YouTube and podcasts. Yet the training from Chris Kirkwood puts all these others to shame. This guy is increidbly gifted with his knowledge and Steve Moss wow he has a tonne of insight into the property industry. The fact Sourced are big developers and can assist me on achieving my goals is very exciting. Id highly recommend this franchise to anyone who is involved in property both newbies and the most experience property professionals can benefit in a massive way.

I would be VERY CAREFUL of this new start company and its directors as they have no history to speak of.
1.When asked for they are not willing to hand over any history of the directors business experience or give us a business contact who could vouch for them.
2.One of the directors has had a failed company, dissolved by companies house yet he claims that business was resounding success.
3. We asked for details of that company pring.co.uk yet he refused to inform us about it.
4. Considering anyone would be handing over 12K ( inc VAT) the investigation into the companies history and its directors is a valid one.
5. The Franchise agencies have not heard of this company and could not recommend this company to us.
BUYER BE WARE..

Your webinar tonight did nothing to convince me, it came across as you where holding a lot back simply to pump the customer for money to hear more.
I understand you are a new outfit and respect the fact you have no history with Sourced as such and have not even produced accounts as yet but your previous company Pring by all accounts was struck off. Can you explain why this is so, if it was such a great idea why did you not keen it open in conjunction with sourced. I would have thought it was a great way to gain investors etc.
Also your home address is a small house in Warrington , not what I would have thought a guy who does big deals would live in to be honest and who has been at the property game for many years.
None of the franchise agencies I have spoken to have heard of you nor have you sought out affiliation with them.
I would ask you for a reputable business contact I can contact on my own to verify your business and stand to your character.
I might be making a mountain out of a molehill here and sounding a little paranoid but I have been ripped off far too many times regarding property.

TO REPLY TO SOURCED BELOW:

I simply asked for basic information and personal information as I was intending to invest in this company. Mr Moss writes below that I wrote to him suggesting that I still wish to invest , THIS IS NOT TRUE. I said in the final email sent to him after he released my name to the internet that if he had provided the info I requested I would have invested. What is the problem with providing a business contact who can vouch for him and also financial records etc. This man refused to even acknowledge my request for information and simply said ..we will not be taking the application further.. If they have nothing to hide then they should have answered the basic financial and personal questions which they did not. 12K is a lot of money which I can't afford to loose.
It shows rather well that this company is not prepared to share any information as they protest so much about being asked.

I was really concerned with selling my property as I hadn't finished the refurbishment and a lot of work was still outstanding, several agents valued the property at £5-10,000 less than sourced. Paul was professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step, we were really shocked to sell so quickly and for the higher amount. I loved the idea that the buyer placed a reservation fee showing commitment to the purchase.
I would recommend Paul and his team to anybody looking to sell, he was clear on the process, professional and knowledgeable about the market.

I have wanted to invest in property for years but working full time and spending time with the family it hasnt been possible, I heard about Sourced through a friend and enquired about the concierge service.  I booked a video call which I found really interesting; after discussing my investment goals, Steve created a clear and manageable strategy with timescales.
