Thank you for your message. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns.
Your order was placed on 8th March at 3:06pm and delivered on 14th March at 2:07pm. You contacted us regarding this issue on 12th April. While our returns policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, we do consider exceptions for items showing potential manufacturing faults within a reasonable timeframe.
In your review, you initially mentioned that the stitching began to come away at the knees after one wash. However, when we followed up, you clarified that the item had not been washed and that the issue occurred after one wear.
After carefully reviewing the images provided, it appears the item may have been worn multiple times. We also noted visible stains and marks across the garment, which suggest that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing fault or a single use. Additionally, the identical damage on both knees does not indicate a defect in stitching quality.
Based on this , and in line with our returns policy, we are unfortunately unable to approve a refund or exchange on this occasion.
We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Your order was placed on 23rd March after the daily cut-off time. It was then dispatched on 27th March and delivered on 28th March. In total, this was a 4-day turnaround from order to delivery.
As outlined during checkout and within our shipping policy, both our standard tracked delivery and free delivery on orders over £200 typically arrive within 2–4 working days. This timeframe is provided to account for any potential delays outside of our control, although most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. If we ever anticipate delays beyond this, we always aim to notify customers in advance.
Throughout the process, we remained in contact and responded to your emails with updates. Following delivery, no concerns were raised regarding the quality or stitching of the item, so we weren’t given the opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue at that time.
We always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied and would have been more than happy to assist with a resolution, whether that be a refund or exchange depending on the circumstances. Additionally, we would have gladly offered a discount code for a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill.

I recently purchased an ASICS T-shirt and shorts set from you for my holiday. The order arrived on time and the process was straightforward, which I appreciated. I wore the set once while away and, upon returning home, washed it exactly according to the care instructions on the label.
After that first wash, I noticed that the printing on the item had peeled significantly. This is clearly not what would be expected from a brand-new ASICS product after a single wear and a correct wash.
When I reached out, I was advised that you “didn’t send a faulty item out.” While I understand that items are checked before dispatch, this does not change the fact that the product has developed a clear manufacturing or quality issue after only one use. This falls short of reasonable expectations under the Consumer Rights Act and now £110 out of pocket for items I’ve used once and will not use again. Sourcedinuk are taking absolutely no responsibility for selling faulty goods — I actually question whether it was a fake set that I received as I’ve never had this issue buying direct from ASICS!
