Sounds Heavenly provided me with a new replacement cable to connect my Beomaster 7000 to my Beovision 11 TV.

I bought some cables from Sounds Heavenly a few years back. Things were working great until I moved house and had to reset everything from scratch. No matter what I tried, I could not get the Beosound to stream music to my Sonos system. I reached out to Steve at Sounds Heavenly and he came back to me same day (on a weekend!) with really good advice. Between the 2 of us, we worked out what the issue was and everything is back to working like a charm. Talk about extended after sales care 😁. Sounds Heavenly is a heavenly gift to us the Bang and Olufsen products users.
The cable and trigger I bought for my Beolab 7-4 active speaker is very durable, well fitted and easy to use with the well detailed manufacturer manual.
The product is very good and unique .
