This was my first purchasing experience with Steve at Sounds Heavenly. I contacted Steve via email and asked various questions before I made my order, the response was quick and friendly and Steve assured me the cables were the correct ones I needed to connect my New Beosound 9000 to my Sonos system.
I ordered the incorrect cable length, no worries Steve just sent the length I required the same day and I sent the incorrect one back for a full refund.

Bespoke craftsmanship to make any type of B&O equipment work seamlessly. The cables supplied work excellent. My vintage speakers are now paired to a Beosound core, and that’s only possible because of Steve’s craftsmanship.

Steve responded straight away to my questions about which cables were suitable for my HiFi system. The cables arrived within a few days and are perfect. They have cured a horrible earth hum and I now have proper RCA sound Phono cables which has improved the clarity and quality of sound from my record deck. Slightly tricky problem connecting a new, cheapo amp to a pair of Beolab 3 speakers. Excellently and patiently managed by Steve, attention to detail and excellent service for a relatively small deal. Cannot recommend highly enough, totally service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. Order placed on Sunday, consigned on Monday, delivered on Tuesday to remote-ish Wales. 10/10.

Bought a pair of Beolab 1 second hand. I missed the bass of my Penta’s. Then I saw the review of Steve and his explanation and tips of the Beolab 1. Outstanding !
It took my (very little) disappointment away and set me on the path of experiment with the adjustments.
