I contact SW customer service and the response was speedy and very helpful.

After being told my online order was out of stock, I reordered in diff size and they got dispatched the next day. Taylor from customer service was really great and very helpful, she even honoured me my 20% discount because the discount had ended when I had to reorder. Thank you Taylor!

I emailed about a pair of the bridal shoes for my wedding which were not in stock. The team managed to find them for me and provided a lovely discount.
I sent my shoes recently to have the 'Wifey for Lifey' messaging added to the bottom of the heels. The collection was organised by the team FOC and they are looking at adding the text as a matter of urgency to ensure I get them back for my wedding day.
Taylor particularly has been an amazing help and has gone above and beyond.

I´ve ordered a pair of Sophia Webster shoes at Farfetch what I really will never do again. I´ve tried to explain to Farfetch that their is something wrong with the shoes without any help or feedback. It was horrible. (600 Euro) Than I contacted Sophia Webster on their Website and they immediately responded back and helped in a very luxurious way. The experience with Sophia Webster was really phenomenal. They collected the damaged pair of shoes and renewed it by a brand new pair. I am really impressed although I am expecting this way of treatment.
Looking forward to my next pair of Sophia Webster (for my wife :) )

Blurred lines suggest these were worn before they got to me as the clear plastic parts that go over the toes are foggy. I have shoes with similar material so I know what I’m looking at. Unfortunately for me I’m just now opening and the 14 day return window has passed. I would wipe and keep it moving but my long narrow foot doesn’t fit the shoe.

I'm trying to return a shoe and I can't get through on the website or to anyone. I really hate when companies do this. Please don't let me bring this to youtube, it would really be bad for business.

Clearly wonderful shoes and great quality but when I had a issue (no fault of the shoes, myself that caused the issue)
I couldn’t have wished for a better response.
My issue was dealt with fast and in such a friendly way. From my first email to having
My shoes back was a little over 3 weeks. No cost to me and took every hardship out of the issue my end.
As this was my issue I wasn’t sure how much they could even help but I was wowed by the customer service and had really build my trust and respect for this lovely brand.

SW is well known for their butterfly shoe but this is the first time I got their bag, and love it. The material is soft and it’s beautifully crafted. During the purchase, I had some questions and the customer service (I dealt with Sophie) was top notch. Awesome experience and definitely a returning customer.
