Placed the Order got the Shoes next day. Never was disapointed with a SW Order, always perfect. The Butterflyes fitting like a glove and afther a first breaking in they found the place in my SW display ;O) next to the others. I love my new heels

THE best customer service I have ever experienced. I had a problem with a pair of shoes with the embellished heel - contacted customer service and within 4 days they had my shoes sent off and repaired. I was more than happy to purchase a replacement heel embellishment and pay to repair this myself but they went above and beyond to have this fixed for me! I will honestly only buy Sophia Webster heels from now on because of this experience - so much better than I have experienced at other high end brands. Thank you so much my shoes are perfect!

I have been stalking your shoes for YEARS! And the time came for me to order my very own wings! The order process was very easy, and my shoes arrived much quicker than I expected. They were packed securely and the box was oh so pretty too! I am absolutely over the moon, I cant wait to wear them and hopefully add to my collection in the future!

I made an order number: 1434380 in 25/05/2023.
After that I received a mail to confirm the shipping in 27/05/2023 , but when I tracking the order it is until now (processing order).I think it is not normal , I am very upset about this delay, and frankly, your service is very bad. I sent an email to customer service, but I did not find any response ,today is 01/06/2023 and until now I don’t have any idea where is my shoes

Really terrible customer service i went in to look at bridal shoes for myself and got ignored and made to feel in the way , nobody helped me ended up walking out despite them having the pair i was wanting to try and possibly buy. Do better.

They are unique and special.
