My shoes came fast and packaged perfectly! They’re beautiful and the craftsmanship is incredible!

I ordered a pair of your beautiful wings evangelin mid heel to wear to a very special occasion and unfortunately the order got lost and DPD did not receive it. I was concerned so contacted Taylor from Customer Service and i can't explain how amazing he has been. Super efficient, kind and polite. Kept me i updated and responded to my query in detail and even found me an alternative solution. Now, that is what I call super service! Thank you so much Taylor, you deserve a medal!

Keychain
I had purchased a keychain, but the key charm had fallen off only after a couple of months, so it was clearly defective. The customer service representative made things right by sending me out a replacement, without any difficulty.

Really happy with the fantastic boots that arrived today. Ordered monday and arrived Thursday via courier. Boots fit well and are very comfortable. Fab customer service from Kajal who I liased with in regards to these.

I contacted customer services regarding a pair of my butterfly flats where the sole had split and was cracking. I was enquiring about the possibility of getting them repaired and I asked for an estimate of the cost. I was amazed when Kajal responded to me in less than 2 hours offering a replacement pair from a choice of 4 different options! Within less than 10 days, Kajal had arranged for my old shoes to get collected by DHL and my new shoes were delivered today by DPD! I am absolutely amazed that I have a beautiful replacement pair of shoes without it costing me a penny! Thank you so much!

Purchased a pair off school shoes for my daughter paid £150 and as expected for this price I was hoping to get most off the school year out off them after less than 3 months the sole was half way hanging off. Customer service said I could send back for repair not something I was happy with but better than nothing. They have had my shoes now for six weeks and not replaying to my emails had to buy another pair of school shoes for my daughter. By the time I get them back that’s if I ever do they will most likely not fit as she’s growing by the minutes 🙈 lost my customer

I had bought 3 pairs of the butterfly flats, which I LOVE but had some issues with the soles splitting and one just fell apart. I had them for a few years and decided to send photos of the one pair falling apart. Within one day Kajal responding. I was offered 3 new pairs of shoes, not expecting it and she was so delightful and kind about it. This is the kind of company you want to support. Thank you Sophia Webster. Your CS is awesome!

I bought a pair of butterfly flats a couple of years ago and I noticed that the soles cracked. I wrote to their customer service to check if they were able to repair them. An extremely helpful lady named Taylor replied offering a replacement pair of butterfly flat or another of my choice if I did not like what she was offering me. This was completely unexpected and I graciously accepted her offer. I now have a new lovely pair of shoes. The customer service at Sophia Webster is excellent and I would have given a higher rating if I could.

The customer service with Sophia Webster is awesome! My shoes were returned without delivery due to a customs issue that was not disclosed and I immediately received communication from Louise a representative with their customer service department who offered me a new promo code (as my first purchase had been placed with a promo code), walked me through what steps I needed to take to reorder my shoes including information of my refund for the initial order, and even tracked the new shipment up until it delivered to my home.

Between my mum and I we have 3 pairs of Sophia Webster shoes because we love them! Unfortunately I lost a strap on one of my shoes and the team ordered new ones for me. The only reason for not leaving a 5 star review is because it was supposed to take 8 weeks, which is a long lead time, but it makes sense when the straps come all the way from Brazil but after 2 months I realised I hadn't heard anything back. I got a refund but it meant I had to wait an extra 2 months before receiving the straps. The crystals on the heel are very delicate so we had to send 2 pairs back so the crystals could be replaced. Kajal in the customer service team arranged for them to be picked up, and I've been told I should get them back tomorrow. That's a turnaround of 3 days which is amazing and there was no charge. I get them just in time for Christmas too! I can be pretty terrible at responding to my emails and the customer team even went out of their way to chase me. Great service all round!

I had a broken sole and Ellen at Sophia Webster sent me a new pair of shoes of my choice! I didn’t expect anything less from SW. Ellen was prompt and extremely helpful! I was and always will be a proud customer of Sophia Webster!
