Fabulous Company fabulous customer service
They are truly a great company bought a pair of wedges and one of the jems fell out and got lost, contacted the repair team and they were picked up within a couple of days and they kept me in the loop through the whole fix process and when they were going to ship back they contacted me to ensure it was ok to send but i was on holidays and they kept them until the date i said id be home and posted them with tracking!! Just amazing customer service 🫶🏻

I have now just received my 3rd pair of SW. I haven’t worn them yet but loving the summer look ( espadrille) they are a perfect fit.
I have a pair of ankle boots which I love, and a pair of stripy shoes. They are so comfortable. Fortunately I haven’t had to contact customer service for anything

Customer service
We contacted Sophia Webster due to a fault with a pair of sliders. They were very understanding on the telephone and sent over the form to complete. On completion, email correspondence was very quick from Kajal and their customer service has been brilliant. Would definitely order again from them.

I am in love with my heels
I am in love with my heels. I’ve dreamt about owning a pair since the first release of the pink blossom butterfly heels I was then 13-14 I am now 20 and was finally able to purchase my first pair. The delivery was so fast it was at my house in just 2 days. Unfortunately they are not my size they are big and they are sold out in my size but I am so in love with every shoe this company releases! 💕

Purse Replacement
I had some glitters fall off my Clara Purse and SW offered to send me a new Clara clutch. I am so happy with the response time and can’t wait to get my new clutch. Now spreading SW love marks everywhere I go!

My parcel was pretended to be delivered more than 48 hrs ago - try to connect the company and I keep receiving non-sense messages with no action involved!
They are keep asking more information! What more information I said million times already the parcel is NOT received it is lost and the parcel company obviously lying to have it on their depot! I am NOT paying a penny to something I NEVER received! will never EVER shop again there EVER!!!!!!
