Would highly recommend this company, it was a quick turn over. Always available to help with everything. Ella was on hand to help with all the tricky questions that came from the solicitor. All sorted in 8 weeks.

We have just put an offer in to purchase a property and the communication has been excellent, we cant fault it. They have phoned and kept us in the loop and emailed us with information immediately. We have purchased properties before but have never received this level of communication. Excellent service. Cant recommend enough.

Overall experience
The pre sales team were very attentive even when I later faced issues.
The constant change in account managers etc made it difficult to keep up even when the sales were going through as I got No update it had changed.

SCAMMERS. Surely they must be?
Had extremely bad experience with my property sale. Have a lot more to say on this, which I will do later. At the moment just want to get my keys back. My property has been withdrawn from the market and I have been trying to get my keys back. For days have only been possible to speak to call handlers. Call handlers only take messages but nobody ever gets back to me. Sold.co.uk please can I have my Keys back? I feel very sorry for potential buyers as they must be having the same issues and difficulties in making appointments to view properties.

Utterly Unprofessional
A worse experience I cannot imagine. They ridicolously overestimated our house and we had no viewings in 3 months. They dropped the price to less than what we agreed. Then they stopped replying to emails and returning phonecalls. Then I had to pretend I am a customer to manage to speak with the account manager to tell them that the contract had expired and they should take the listing down, and they had the audacity after zero viewings in 3 months to tell me I had to give them notice. Of course I had, they just ignored my emails so they said they would take the ad down and what did they do instead? They dropped the price by 15K and left the ad running, and all I got is an oops, I don't know what happened. Utterly incompetent and unprofessional.

Regarding the price reductions, it’s important to note that these were agreed upon prior to the final reduction. We had high hopes for your property and firmly believed in its value, but unfortunately, it did not attract the level of interest we anticipated. The real estate market can be unpredictable, and despite our best efforts, we cannot always predict buyer behaviour in a specific area.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are taking steps to ensure such issues are addressed and do not recur in the future.

Thea Willsmore made the process very easy for me as I’m only 18 and never done something like this on my own. She answered every question I had and kept me updated through every step helping me with anything I needed aswell as well answering emails quickly, a lovely lass to talk to :)

I had a great experience with sold
I had a great experience with sold. After being with two other estate agency’s prior we had low expectations but sold exceeded our expectations and provided lots of serious buyers from day 1. It only took around 2 weeks to secure a buyer and the team were ever so helpful throughout the whole process, especially Ella who kept us informed on how the sale was progressing when we was in the dark. Excellent estate agency and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house! Great service.
