I was treated rather unsatisfactory for a company that claims to provide a good service to sell your property. The first half of my experience went rather smoothly until my account manager disappeared without a trace. This is when the issues started to arise. I was ill informed as to who was handling the sale of my property and without contact for over one week I proceeded to phone Sold.co.uk for the whereabouts of my keys which upon a previous agreement to put the keys into a safe box on the front of the building. I left many emails to this person and to the info@ email and a voicemail to the main company asking for that account manager however I didn’t receive a single phone call for over a week. I then contacted Sold again and spoke to a customer advisor to ask if my keys were put into the safe box so I could enter the property and make necessary repairs. However upon trying to enter my property my keys were not in the key safe as promised and I proceeded to call Sold again. I was put through to someone else and passed over to a lady who claimed she was a receptionist. Not one of them seemed to know where my keys were. Why is there a considerable lack of communication within this company? Not only did I not know that they handed my keys to a third party which wasn’t clearly explained to me in the first instance it appeared that no one from Sold took the time or care to update me at all until I threatened legal action.

Everyone I dealt with at Sold was thoroughly professional, I dealt primarily with Ella Seki (Sales Progressor) who was excellent! Ella is without doubt the best and most tenacious property professional I've ever dealt with at an agent. She pushed the sale over the line, I can safely say without her it wouldn't have happened

I would like to say a huge thank you to Thea.W. She was extremely professional, patient and made things very easy. Sold did get us the price we wanted and we were happy with that. I would recommend this company.

The whole process was very straight forward as well as being quick. Communication has been great and the team have been helpful in answering all our questions, particularly the sales administrator who we have been dealing with Jade.

The experience of using Sold was second to none. The staff are very helpful and professional and they keep you informed of the process right through to the end.

Ella was amazing at making sure the process of buying my mums flat stayed on track she was very friendly and easy to deal with and if Ella hadn’t been involved I think it would have a lot more stressful.

Very quick response to dealing with some initial issues

Ella was very helpful and would consistently chase despite the annoyance I caused of daily chase ups. Always on top of it despite and was wonderful to work with will recommend next time.
