We recently had our solar panel system inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The engineer arrived exactly on time, was polite and professional throughout, and took the time to explain every step of the inspection clearly.
All findings were recorded in a detailed report that was handed to us on the spot, which we really appreciated. All our questions were answered and the specialist offered suggestions for improving the performance and longevity of our system. It was reassuring to speak with the specialist who was willing to share practical advice.
Overall, a very positive experience and excellent service. We feel much more confident about the condition of our system and the next steps we can take to optimise it.

Very friendly and helpful service. Booked to start job at 0800, arrived 45 min late because some items needed had not arrived and had to be collected, very apologetic. Overall cost several thousands of pounds, team worked hard to complete in over 4 hours and all set to work and checked. Disappointed that cleaning the PV panels was not included in the work. Scaffolders came over a week before when we were away and left pieces of scaffolding hidden in the grass on the lawn which have damaged the blades on my mower, most unimpressed.

The engineer from Solar Maintenance and Repair came to test/inspect a Solar Panel system (installed 2022) we inherited with a recent property purchase.
The Inverter required a software update, and the efficency of the inverter had reduced approx 25%, requiring possible replacement in 2-3 years.
A sign off certificate was issued.
We were satisfied with the outcome of the test/inspection, and were issues a certificate.

I contacted them on Monday 2nd March to request service to my system. Two operatives came on Thursday 5th March and restored my system. They arrived at the stated time, put protective covers over their shoes and got on quietly with the job. They were polite and helpful and answered all my questions.
