The Good and the Bad
Concise and clear descriptions of the products.
Checkout left several things lacking,
1 - First Name field requires two characters, my first name is just the letter 'W' Since it is not short for, nor an abbreviation of any name or word that starts with a 'w' putting a period after it to satisfy the two character requirement would be misleading.
2 - in filling out the order/payment form, if I made a mistake or overlooked something, when I went back to correct it all the other information that I had entered was erased. Very frustrating.

Very smooth purchase experience.
I purchased TurboTax from softwaredealsusa.com this year. It was as easy as pie to download and install once the transaction was complete. Very good communication during the whole process. Plus, I got a good price, so all in all, very happy.
