Computer with taxes went down. Rushed out to purchase a new computer. I was concerned about losing all of my tax info.

The app would not activate even though the deal comes with unlimited number of activations. Oliver stayed with me for hours getting things to work. (I felt sorry for him since I am a MAC person with a new PC!) There were many go-arounds. After installing the software a second time, got it to activate. i purchase turbotax 2022 deluxy on 02/22/2023 and installed on 04/10/2023. When I was activating the software with provied code in the purchase it said all activation for my code have already been used. I am the only user for my purchase. I am stuck now with only a few days left for tax deadline. I sent message to softwaredealsusa.com and received no personal message from them within 24 hrs as claimed. I am sending a second message requesting a new code, see what will be next. Also the support domain from the auto reply is softwareDiscountUSA.com not softwaredealsusa.com, which makes people wonder. Although I am hoping it is not a scam, i got a lesson, won't buy sftware from them next time to save a few bucks but lose more.
