I attempted to purchase TurboTax 2022…
I attempted to purchase TurboTax 2022 w/State. After creating an account I was offered TurboTax 2022 or 2021 W/State. Because I needed the state I didn't notice the date and picked 2021 (Nice trick - you got me.) I then ordered 2022 W/State and received an email containing "Awaiting License" instead of a key. Guess I'll have to wait another week, or maybe get a lawyer.

Bad License Number
Download was fine. You gave me a used up License Number that does not work so I cannot use the program I purchased so I can do my taxes. So now I have to wonder and worry about how long this will take to fix. Then if you do not give me a legitimate License Number how long will it take to get my money back or if I have to go through credit card services to try and recover my money. Then of coarse I will also have to pay to get a legitimate License Number and pay more money for another program because now I am not sure I can trust you didn’t sell me software with a virus in it.
