The lady that served us was excellent , I was very happy with the sofa and can’t wait for it to arrive

Jonathan was the best salesperson!

We were allowed to browse at leisure without sales people hounding us all the time.
When we did ask the staff for advice they were knowledgeable and helpful. Still didn’t pressure us into a decision.

Excellent service and great support from Jonathan in helping us to make the right choices for our new home. The product range at Sofology was excellent, with good practical help and advice from Jonathan, who showed a lot of empathy and understanding regarding what was importance to us. No hard sell, just genuine good customer service, from someone who was very professional and knows his subject well.

Buying a new sofa can feel daunting, especially when you’re looking for something a bit different from the standard options. When our search brought us to Sofology in Edinburgh, we were immediately looked after by Jonathan, who welcomed us and offered his help. My wife and I usually prefer to browse on our own, but Jonathan’s approach was relaxed and never pushy. It was clear from the start that he genuinely wanted to understand what we needed rather than just sell us anything.
He showed us a range of options and clearly explained the different configurations and finishes available. In the end, he managed to find the “sofa unicorn” we’d been searching for. Across both of our visits, Jonathan was patient, attentive, and professional—even when we ended up staying past closing time.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the experience and are now looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa (The Riviera - 3 seater motion chaise).

I recently purchased a sofa and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The showroom had a great selection, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Tonia.

Tonia was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would work for us. She explained the different options clearly, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Her knowledge and insight into interior design really helped when we were trying to pick the right colours.

It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful service and she made the experience much more enjoyable. Thanks to her advice we ended up choosing a sofa we’re really happy with.

Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a new sofa.
