Bart was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and honestly. He was very personable and friendly.

Very helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and none of the typical follow you around like in other stores.
when dealing with you they are very informative and helpful with detailed information and none of the pressing you to buy into more products you don't need are want.

From the time we arrived in store we were told we could browse at our leisure. We were not hassled at any point but the staff, Fran,Lloyd and Jason were there if we needed to know anything and were helpful and friendly.

Clean and well presented store. The staff were friendly and not pushy.

The customer service shown in this store was outstanding. A friendly welcome into the store but without feeling pounced on. Lloyd helped me and he very friendly, polite and beyond helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t rush me at all. Showed me all the features of the sofa and let me have time to make myself comfortable and play around with all the controls.
