From the moment I walked into Sofology in Rugby I had a good feeling, and after visiting a couple of other furniture stores, which seemed more interested in obtaining their commission, I returned to Sofology to purchase an electric recliner.
The sales assistant, Lloyd, was fantastic. On my first visit he pointed out where to look and left me alone to try out various chairs, and only approached me to give me info on a couple of chairs I was interested in.
I ended up returning and purchasing one of the chairs, with Lloyd’s help, and he explained that they do not receive commission from sales. He was extremely friendly and very thorough with his information and advice.
I’m very happy with my choice and look forward to its delivery.

The staff at the Rugby store were fantastic talking my wife and I through our purchase of the sofa we had decided to buy.
What I was not happy with is having to pay £129.00 to have the sofa delivered, this extra cost is something I find difficult to understand when spending so much with your company.

Went back within the 48 hours allowed if you want to change your mind. Saw the same young man. (Lloyd). He was happy to make the changes we wanted and it was done smoothly and in a courteous manner.

We enjoyed our Sofology experience. Fran, our sales advisor at Sofology, Rugby, was excellent. She gave honest answers to any questions raised and was helpful in recommending the best sofa and chair covers for our situation. We had not originally considered buying from Sofology, but the suitability and quality of the products and service stood out.

Superb customer service provided by Jody in the Rugby branch on two visits to the showroom over the festive period. Listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, wasn't pushy and remembered what we had originally wanted when we returned several days later to make our final decision. Hope that she is a reflection of the production and delivery side of the company.

We visited 5 company's today all the the sales people were knowledgeable and very helpful but it comes down to affordability we were quoted 7and 5 thousand for very similar products we came to your showroom last on the verge of going home and was very happy that we did we got exactly what we wanted for substantially less than we had been quoted. Your salesman was very helpful and explained everything definitely come to you again

Fran was amazing. She took the time to find out what we needed and was not pushy when selling. This makes a refreshing change!
We also liked the way the colour swatches were displayed and the way the diagrams of configurations of furniture were displayed. Makes it easy to work out your options at a glance
Overall a very good experience!

I had my new sofa delivered on the 13th December. It arrived wrong colour. I have been chasing this complaint ever since this date. I have had nothing but appalling customer service, from the customer service team. Assured on numerous occasions, that I would hear back by a certain date and it never happened. I also went in to my local branch in Rugby, where Bert went to speak to customer service, on my behalf for an update, then assured me, that I would hear back from the business that week, still NO communication. If you want to waste your money, get shouted at, hung up on, then this is the business for you. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Visited the Rugby store today, I already knew which sofa I wanted to purchase, went for a 2nd look to make sure I still liked it and to order it. The lady was really helpful and went through everything. Didn't take long to order and set up the 0% finance. Would definitely recommend them

Today I visited the Rugby store and what a brilliant experience I had with Bart, Lisa and the team.
I very quickly built a great report with Bart and I found him to be helpful, knowledgeable about the products and extremely friendly.
Lisa joined us and helped me to understand some of the additional insurance cover available with the purchase of a sofa and again she was able to clearly explain the benefits without making me feel like I was being forced into buying anything that I didn't want.
Both Bart and Lisa made the sofa shopping experience fun and enjoyable. We had a real laugh whilst completing my purchase.
I honestly thought that I would go into the store to 'try out' the sofas before coming home and placing the order online, I'm so pleased I didn't do that and instead received great help from Bart, who made the whole process easy, simple and an honestly fun experience!
If only more people in customer facing roles were like Bart, who is without doubt, a true credit to the store.
