Staff member who delt with us was very knowledgeable and gave us great customer service.
I think if it wasnt for this we wouldnt of bought the sofa that day but they were not pushy and there to help. Really happy with the sofa we have bought and can't wait for it to be delivered.

Found the sofa we wanted after being undecided for a while.

On my first visit, I was left to browse at my own pace, which I really appreciated. When I did need help, a member of staff (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) talked me through the different options and explained the process clearly.
On my second visit, I was greeted at the door by Tara, who was very helpful. She talked me through the process of purchasing a sofa in preparation for moving house, explained all the ins and outs, and made everything feel straightforward.
I’m overall really happy with the purchase and the service I received.

It was very helpful and informative, all in all a good experience.

During our visit at sofology in Rotherham Chris (I think that was his name) was kind, warm, friendly & human in his approach to us buying the sofa. He had great knowledge of the furniture & discussed colour options with us, even to the point of setup an AI photo reflection of what our living room would look like with it in. He was outstanding at his job & a definite star quality of sofalogy.

Excellent service from Adrian at Sofology, we feel like we have known him for years, extremely entertaining, highly recommend this chap if you want honesty, transparency and a good laugh whilst purchasing your quality sofa.

The sales lad was really good never pressured us into anything asked him question which he answered then he left us alone to talk and just told us to shout him if we need anything. Never hassled us at all was a pleasure

Adrian at the Rotherham store made our purchase such a great experience. We had seen a particular sofa but have 5 cats - Adrian helped with the most suitable fabric choice, made us a coffee so we got the full sofa experience. Later we rang to obtain some more measurements and this was useful too. Adrian also sent us a fabric sample

After receiving an incorrect delivery (they sent the wrong footstool) Sofology have failed to respond to multiple emails, and promised a callback twice, neither of which were made.

It seems that once Sofology have your money they have no interest in resolving any issues. So 2 weeks after our initial complaint we've been left with a mismatched footstool that we can't use as it needs to be returned, and no hint of a resolution

We encounted Miles on entering the showroom,he left us to browze, when we found something nearly suitable his expertise came to the fore.lovely chap very informative and helpful.

The shop is clean, bright and well laid to help with choosing the right sofa for our needs. We received a warm welcome and every member we of the team we saw said hello. The sales person Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us in choosing the right sofa and makes great coffee.
