Leah the sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable.
She didn't push us to make a decision but let us take our time.
Once the decision was made she was very efficient.

The shop is clean, bright and well laid to help with choosing the right sofa for our needs. We received a warm welcome and every member we of the team we saw said hello. The sales person Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us in choosing the right sofa and makes great coffee.

First rate customer service! Really knew their stuff and after multiple visits (they were very patient, haha) guided me to the perfect fit for me. Couldn’t be happier with my choice and the care and attention they gave me. Highly recommend!

Went into store first time looking was meet by a lovely women who was very helpful went back in next day no staff was around my mum shouted 3 times was just answered by a yes no 1 came was all sat talking on the upper level 2 other customers in store with same problem ended up coming out and ordering my sofa online however only had 1 email to conifm my order would be started and nothing since

Such a warm welcome when we visited. We dealt with Leah who was so friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with us while we sat on every sofa three times! From Conor, Ellie and Yuki the chihuahua.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Bought the Allure sofa looks absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for the delivery day. This going to be a game- changer-super comfy and it's going to look ace in our living room.

VERY HELPFULL AND EVEN MADE US A CUP OF TEA

We purchased our new sofa from sofology after going to multiple different shops looking for our new sofa and the different in customer service was head and shoulders above the rest by far from going in to coming out, know hassle from staff as we walked around the shop at all they just let us get on with it. As soon as we was ready to get more information regarding what we wanted the staff was on hand to help us out straight away with know fuss. I must give credit to Tony who gave us all the information we needed regarding our new sofa and sorted us out in 20/30 minutes after going into depth regarding our purchase, very positive and polite. If anyone is looking for a quality sofa and not made out of MDF this is the company you need to go to .

This was by far the best experience we've had when buying furniture. The customer service was professional, friendly, and informative. The product knowledge was exceptional. We felt comfortable and weren't pressured into buying anything we didn't want or need. An all round excellent stress free experience. Thank you Sofology.
