Excellent and friendly service top class

Nicole was courteous and extremely helpful during our recent visit. She listened to our requirements and took the time to show us round sofas that met our requirements. Her great customer service made our purchase easy. Now just need to await the delivery.

After several visits to Sofology, finally made my decision knew exactly what I wanted, very easy process purchasing, great that could pay interest free over 3 years. Also very happy that delivery is around 7 weeks (maybe sooner)

We entered the store for the first time. We weren’t pounced on, stalked around the store or harassed. Seb explained to us how everything worked when we approached him and he left us alone until we were ready to discuss further.

Our family had the pleasure of recent sofa purchase taken care by Nicole Lippi one of the customer advisor from Orpington, Bromley, Sofology - She was super attentive with great customer service skills and had plenty of suggestions in various sofa variation and advised on design and specifications as we visited the store twice. I'd recommend Nicole to any ongoing customers visiting the store. She's definitely one for the best advisors we've experienced and made our purchase seamless. After care was great too, Nicole followed up with queries related to invoicing and had even called to update on resolution. We will surely visit Sofology Orpington again for any furniture purchases.

Great experience. I was greeted immediately by Zacklyn in the Orpington store. She was very attentive. I called her a week after leaving the store and she talked me through the online ordering process. She was very polite and patient.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The staff seemed more interested in their mobile phones than assisting me. I had to repeatedly go up and ask for help, as no assistance was being offered. It made me feel like walking out. I’ve had a better experience with the staff on Sunday, honestly, this experience will make me think twice about coming back to the store on weekdays.
The staff seemed very unhappy and miserable, unwilling to get off the sofa. It felt like I was taking them away from their mobile phones. I had to keep asking for help, as no assistance was offered. This made me feel like walking out, and while I’ve had better experiences before, this visit will make me think twice about returning on weekdays.
