Went to view some sofas in readiness for Christmas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, Toyanne made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what we needed and guiding us through the options to find the perfect specification.

Her attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel confident in our purchase, and we left feeling excited to welcome our new sofas just in time for the festive season. Emily was a great help when searching for the right sofa for us. She showed us the various sofas, sizes ,fabrics and colours avaliable and was able to answer all the questions we had. We were very happy with excellent customer service we received.

Had good choice of sofa in lots of different fabrics and leather, with wide choice of colours. The young lady who served us was great did not overpower us , let us look and was there when we wanted to ask questions, which was good not like other furniture stores that dont leave you alone to look and follow you around. I think her name was Haley, well done, like your customer service. Well done Sofology if this is how your staff are trained.

We went to check out sofa beds. The next day we were back to purchase a Keswick. 😀 Nicole was super friendly, polite, and knew her stuff. Thanks to Nicole, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

We were met as we entered the store by a young lady called Nicole she was very pleasant and helpful and answered any questions we had, l must say that we left the store feeling very happy with the service we had from this young lady. I was not told by anyone that there is a delivery charge of £129. Most disappointing.
